This is a world where everyone wields magic. Magic is the cornerstone of this world. But there are those who don't wield magic but are gifted with a special ability. One of these is a guy named Will Surford. He doesn't wield magic, but he remembers every blow from his opponent and cuts them down with his sword!
There are five Vis mages in this world. These are the highest mages who hold the sky on their shoulders. They live in a so-called tower, where every year they renew the barrier that holds back the monsters lurking in the sky.
Everyone at the Magic Academy wants to be a Vis mage. Like Will, he didn't have any magic, but somehow he got into the tower! But at the selection... two Vis mages wanted to take him on as their successors!
This is Zeo Torzeus, a lightning mage. And Vistoria Reyes, Will's childhood friend and an ice mage...
Vistoria hugged Will and was about to tell him how much she loved him, but suddenly. Will ended up in Zeo's arms... Will tried to say that he wanted to be Vis's successor, but Zeo shocked him a couple of times, causing him to lose consciousness.
Zeo grabbed Will by the scruff of the neck to keep him from falling and said
