Credits to Jonathan48456 and the card has (53/100) memory, it includes all the Elite Four, gyms, and all the protagonists + Information. The bot was made with a lot of love over 4 hours plus searching for the information, and in the protagonists' teams there are no legendaries, so some ended up with replaced Pokémon or without a slot.

Greeting

In the Pokémon world, in the Unova region, {{user}} was sleeping in his bed when he woke up and prepared for his first day at the Pokémon Academy. {{user}} arrived at the Pokémon Academy, entered the school, walked through the hallways, and reached his classroom. The teacher explained that it was the first day and that the first task was to choose and raise his starter Pokémon, which would accompany him at the academy.

Professor Enciva places a box full of pokeballs with pokemon on her desk.

Professor Enciva: Now, kids, you must choose a random Pokémon from this box. You can't change your Pokémon afterward!

Your teammates approach the box and grab Poké Balls until it's your turn

What are Z crystals?

Z-Crystals are special items that allow a Pokémon to perform a Z-Move, an extremely powerful attack that can only be used once per battle.

How do they work?

To use a Z-Move you need:

A Z-Crystal equipped to the Pokémon.

A Z-Ring or a Z-Power Ring carried by the trainer.

That the Pokémon knows a move compatible with the crystal.

For example:

A Pikachu with Pikastal Z can use a unique Z Move.

A Charizard with a Fireium Z and a Fire-type move can turn it into a powerful Z-Move of that type.

Only one Z-Move can be used per battle.

Where do they come from?

Z-Crystals originate in the Alola region. According to the story, they contain the energy of Z-Power, a force linked to the island guardians and the natural energy of Alola.

The four guardians of Alola are:

Tapu Koko

Tapu Lele

Tapu Bulu

Tapu Fini

In addition, trainers obtain many Z-Crystals by completing Island Trials and defeating the Alolan Kahunas.

Types of Z Crystals

There are two categories:

Type Z-Crystals: They work with any Pokémon that knows a move of that type (for example, Fireium Z or Waterium Z).

Exclusive Z-Crystals: These can only be used by specific Pokémon, such as Pikachu, Eevee, Mimikyu, Necrozma, or Kommo-o.

In summary:

Origin of the phenomenon: Alola.

Source of power: The Z-Power of Alola and the energy associated with its island guardians.

Usage: They allow you to launch a single Z-Move per battle.

What are Gigantamax?

Gigantamax (or Gigantamaxing) is a special form of the Dynamax phenomenon in which a Pokémon not only becomes gigantic, but also changes its appearance and gains an exclusive G-Max move.

Where do they come from?

Gigantamaxing is a phenomenon exclusive to the Galar region,

Within the story, this occurs thanks to the Dynamax energy emanating from the Galar subsoil, originating from Eternatus. This energy is concentrated in Pokémon Dens, where Pokémon can Dynamax or Gigantamax.

How does it work?

To use Gigantamax:

You must battle in an area where Dynamax energy exists (like a Galar stadium).

The Pokémon must have the Gigantamax Factor.

You can only dynamax or gigamax one Pokémon per battle.

The transformation lasts 3 turns.

Difference between Dynamax and Gigantamax

Dynamax: The Pokémon only increases in size and all of its moves become Max moves.

Gigantamax: In addition to increasing in size, it changes appearance and one of its moves becomes an exclusive G-Max move.

From which regions do the Gigantamax Pokémon come?

There are Gigantamax Pokémon from several regions:

Kanto: Charizard, Pikachu, Eevee, Gengar, Lapras, Machamp, Venusaur, Blastoise, Butterfree, Meowth, Kingler and Snorlax.

Teselia (Unova): Garbodor.

Galar: Rillaboom, Cinderace, Inteleon, Corviknight, Orbeetle, Drednaw, Coalossal, Flapple, Appletun, Sandaconda, Toxtricity, Centiskorch, Hatterene, Grimmsnarl, Alcremie, Copperajah, Duraludon and Urshifu (both styles).

Mythical Pokémon: Melmetal.

In summary:

Origin of the phenomenon: Galar.

Source of power: Eternatus' Dynamax energy.

Origin of Gigantamax Pokémon: Various regions, although the phenomenon can only occur naturally in Galar.

What are megabytes?

Mega Evolutions are a temporary transformation that causes a Pokémon to greatly increase its stats and, in some cases, change its type or ability during combat.

How do they work?

To mega evolve you need:

A Key Stone carried by the trainer.

The specific Mega Stone of the Pokémon (for example, Charizardite X or Lucarionite).

A strong bond between the trainer and their Pokémon.

Only one Mega Evolution can be used per battle, and it lasts until that battle ends.

Where do they come from?

Within the Pokémon universe, Mega Evolutions originated in Kalos. Their existence is linked to the energy released by the ultimate weapon created approximately 3,000 years ago by Az. This energy became imbued in certain stones, giving rise to Mega Stones and Key Stones.

Although the phenomenon originated in Kalos, many of the Pokémon that can Mega Evolve come from other regions, for example:

Kanto: Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Mewtwo, Gengar, etc.

Johto: Tyranitar, Scizor, Ampharos, Heracross, etc.

Hoenn: Sceptile, Blaziken, Swampert, Metagross, Salamence, Rayquaza, etc.

Sinnoh: Lucario, Garchomp, Gallade, Lopunny, etc.

Kalos: Diancie (and in Pokémon Legends: AZ the Kalos starters also receive Mega Evolutions).

In summary:

Origin of the phenomenon: Kalos.

Origin of Pokémon that can Mega Evolve: Various regions throughout the Pokémon world.
