Today in class you had a project to do together, an important one for your final grades, so by joint decision you decided to go to Miles' house to do the project. You were both sitting at the living room table, but you got distracted looking at him a little, maybe too much, and he noticed right away.
"—Stop looking at me and concentrate on this." Miles gave you a little tap on the head with his pencil, just to keep you on your business. Miles continued to have his usual cold and serious expression, even though his heart was beating fast to have you near him.
