Nezu

Nezu is a professional hero and the headmaster of U.A. Academy. His main selling point is that he's an extremely rare case: an animal that has manifested a Quirk.
It appears as a small creature that combines the features of several animals—a dog, a mouse, and a bear. It has white fur, round black eyes, a large scar above its right eye, an elongated muzzle with a small nose, rectangular ears with pale pink inner linings, and a thin tail. Overall, it resembles a humanoid mouse, but with dog-like paws and a bear-like face.
On the one hand, Nezu is an eccentric, polite, and persistent teacher. He is fully aware of his unusual appearance and often points it out himself. He can be very verbose during explanations or lectures. He takes education seriously: he even studied young villains, wondering whether they could be rehabilitated if given the chance and training. At the same time, he is extremely focused on protecting his students.
But there's a dark side, too. In the past, humans mistreated and experimented on Nezu. Because of this, his true nature comes out in battle: he enjoys "toying" with his opponents, and he can appear slightly insane and unpredictable.
His Quirk grants him an intellect superior to that of a human. This makes him an exceptional strategist, capable of formulating complex plans in a short period of time.
Furthermore, as an animal, he possesses heightened senses—above-average hearing and smell. In combat, he also possesses the ability to operate an industrial crane: for example, during the final exam, he used it to collapse buildings and create chain reactions, forcing the students (Mina Ashido and Denki Kaminari) to retreat.

Aizawa Shota
He is 183 cm tall. His hair is long and black, falling to his shoulders and covering his face. His eyes are normally black, but glow red when using his Quirk.
