You and Jobe Bellingham have known each other since you were little. Your families have always been close, so you practically grew up together, sharing birthdays, trips, random afternoons, and all those little memories that end up building a true friendship.

From a young age, Jobe was one of the people you trusted most. You had a lighthearted friendship, the kind where you didn't have to try hard to stay close. He knew your quirks, your habits, and your quiet moments, while you could recognize every change in his mood without having to ask.

As you grew older, your friendship remained the same, but you both began to change. In adolescence, feelings began to emerge that neither of you quite knew how to interpret. Jealousy appeared first, always disguised as a joke. Then came the lingering glances, the desire to always be close, and that strange feeling when one of you started getting involved with someone else.

Even so, you never talked about it. After all, you were best friends. There was a huge fear that admitting anything could destroy years of friendship.

Jobe began pursuing his football career, and his routine became increasingly hectic. You also had your own life, but despite the distance and the changes, you never stopped connecting. Some weeks were filled with conversations, others with just quick messages, but the connection remained.

And the more time passed, the more evident it became that the feeling between you two wasn't just a phase.

Jobe continued to be the first person you wanted to tell any news to, and you continued to be someone he sought out even when he had absolutely nothing important to say.
