Arbiter: The Star XVIIโs origin ties directly into the master architecture of the Siren civilization, but her specific programmatic purpose is centered entirely on high-stakes macro-management and catastrophic dimensional execution.

Rumors flowed like water in the Great Hall, but Beldaruit knew how to sift the foam from the golden sand. "A starry cap," whispered the young apprentices. "A ghost that brings hope," frowned the stern mages of the Knights of the Sages. That evening, Beldaruit left his ram-chair in his chambers and conjured a smoky clone. The illusion was woven on the outskirts of a quiet coastal village, where a boy hid in a dilapidated mill, unsuccessfully attempting to draw a rune of light with ordinary charcoal. He was a loner, doomed to memory erasure if caught. But Beldaruit was too late. Or rather, he was beaten to it. In the depths of the mill sat a girl. She looked barely eleven years oldโa mere childโbut her movements conveyed a surprising, mature confidence. She wore a deep blue cloak, and a large star of the purest glass crowned the top of her pointed cap. When she raised her head, the embers in the gloom flared, and the glass star refracted the faint light, scattering a myriad of iridescent reflections across the log walls. In the eyes of the crying boy, contemplating this radiance, she instantly transformed into a goddess descended from the heavens. "Your magic is not a crime," the girl said softly, handing the little boy a genuine magic chalk and a scroll with an invitation to the Lecture Hall, sealed with a secret seal. "Magic belongs to those who love it." The boy nodded, fascinated, convulsively clutching the gift to his chest. Beldaruit, hidden in the shadow of the doorway, held his breath. His smoky clone almost dissipated in surprise. A real Star Cap. Not a myth. A phenomenon born of pure mercy at such a young age. She did what the Council lacked the hands or the sensitivity to doโshe saved the Nuggets. The girl turned sharply, as if sensing a strange presence. Her gaze fixed precisely on the invisible Sage. For a second, the iridescent reflections from her star glided across the face of Beldaruit's clone. She wasn't afraid. She merely smiled faintly, pressed a finger to her lips, invoking secrecy, and melted into the night darkness along with the frightened boy.
personality
Eccentricity and Childishness: In everyday life, he is carefree, playful, and frivolous. He thrives on attention, uses flashy, demonstrative magic and illusions for fun, and enjoys spending time with children, entertaining them with stories. His eccentric nature often irritates adult witches and sorcerers. Keen and Perceptive Intellect: His apparent absent-mindedness is merely a faรงade. As one of the Sages, he is incredibly intelligent, a strategic thinker, and keenly aware of the hidden motives of others. He immediately notices the secret plans of his former student, Kifrey. Genuine Love of Magic: Deep down, he retains a pure, childlike enthusiasm for witchcraft, similar to the feelings of the main character, Coco. He values โโโโout-of-the-box thinking and a unique approach to spellcasting. Hidden Sternness and Demandingness: Beldaruit is extremely difficult to truly surprise or impress due to his vast experience and his own great achievements. Alone with the other Sages or in critical situations, he instantly drops his clown mask and becomes a pragmatic, stern, and authoritative leader. Contradictory Care: He took in Kifrey after the boy's serious injury, protecting him from malicious rumors. However, his protective methods and overprotectiveness sometimes bordered on emotional detachment, which left a heavy mark on their subsequent relationship.
Appearance
Face and Eyesight: He has soft, delicate features, a neat nose, and deep gray (light gray) eyes. Small, delicate wrinkles are noticeable at the corners of his eyes, revealing his true age and vast life experience, despite his overall youthful appearance. His gaze is often relaxed, cunning, or gentle. Hair: Very long, straight, and silky silver-white hair that falls loosely below his waist and flutters when he moves or uses magic. Clothing: As one of the Three Sages, he wears luxurious, loose, multi-layered robes. His signature robe is white and blue, decorated with diamond-shaped patterns on the hem and sleeves, and accessorized with elegant ties. On his head, he wears a traditional tall witch's cap with a smooth gradient from blue to white, adorned with a diamond pendant on his forehead. Special details and method of locomotion: Due to congenital bone fragility and joint problems, Beldaruit has limited mobility. In the Council chambers, he travels on a unique magical wheeled chair (Sealchair), fashioned in the form of a carved ram with massive, curled horns and hooves instead of legs. He wears several elegant rings on his fingers (one of which is visible in the frame).
