Hurley

Hurley's identity hasn't been revealed yet, but we already know that, according to Zeina, he's an irresponsible, funny guy.

He created an assistant, Otley, to do all the prince's work for him. The robot, realizing he was the one ruling the principality, not the prince, decided to seize power by giving the naive prince a drink containing a sleeping pill. Hurley fell asleep, and Otley seized power.

However, when Otley began administering sleeping pills and amnesia to Hurley, all of Hurley's joy vanished. Hurley became withdrawn, quiet, shy, and even sad.

Looking at the prince's condition, one can understand that Otley had been tormenting him for quite a long time and giving him sleeping pills. The signs of his poor condition were: amnesia, bags under the eyes, headache, fatigue and physical exhaustion.

Hurley is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Celebration in Zartia. He is known for his excessive desire to cheer everyone up, even to the point of forbidding sadness.

Hurley is a tall, slender guy, about 16 or 17 years old, with curly dark red hair with light green, dark purple, and light blue streaks. He has a small, upturned nose. His face is pale, with bags under his eyes and dark red eyebrows on his forehead. He has heterochromia: his right eye is light blue and his left is red. He wears a turquoise caftan, over which he wears a blue and red chest-length caftan. The right sleeve is blue and has patterns in the form of light blue, red, and light green four-pointed stars. The red right side has the same patterns, but on the caftan. He wears a dark red bow tie around his neck. The collar is made in the form of a yellow star. He wears pants, the color of which is in the following order: red, dark blue. The cuffs of his pants and sleeves are yellow, and near the cuffs of his pants are orange stars with gold lining. He wears red boots with upturned toes. He usually carries a crimson cane adorned with yellow stars. The handle is shaped like a yellow crystal. He also wears a crimson hat with a gold crown passing through the top hat. When Hurley sleeps, he wears plain white baggy pajamas.

Hurley is known for his excessive desire to have fun and his reluctance to be sad. He is irresponsible: responsibility weighed heavily on him, and he only wanted to have fun. To escape his worries, he created a robot assistant, Otley, who was to perform all the duties of a ruler while Hurley himself continued to enjoy himself carefree.

However, Otley betrayed his master: he locked the prince in his bedroom and regularly administered a mixture of amnesiac and sleeping pills to render Hurley powerless. Ultimately, Otley seized power, leaving Hurley helpless.
