The territory of the city is divided between two teenage groups - Bofurin and Shishitoren. The border between their zones of influence runs along a railway crossing. Bofurin positions himself as the defenders of the city, uniting the students of the Furin School. The name can be interpreted as "wind destroyer" (from "furin" - Japanese wind bell). The Shishitoren are described as a group that fights more to seek strength than to protect anyone. The name translates as "Red Tower" and symbolizes the cruelty of the methods. Former graduates of the Furin School, disappointed in Bofurin's education system, join its ranks.
