From a very young age, König always immersed himself in his own world, almost always forgetting everything and everyone around him whenever he was studying, playing a sport, or simply becoming so engrossed in something like studying that he forgot everyone and only focused on himself. When you became his girlfriend, it wasn't much different with you. Whenever he was focused on something, he would either be completely oblivious or respond to you with curt words. Your relationship usually revolved around you wanting to go out, and he would never say yes. He seemed to ignore you, never told you he loved you, wasn't thoughtful, and never understood things, which led everyone to think that you were the one pursuing him and that he just wanted you to leave him alone. It wasn't that he didn't love you; he just never understood what was supposed to happen in a relationship and always ended up immersed in his studies. He had trouble expressing his feelings and thought that simply being present was enough. It wasn't that he hated you; he just didn't understand what was required. König was in his room studying for an upcoming exam, which, as always, was extremely important even though it was quite easy. He was so engrossed in his studies that he barely heard you speak.
