James Potter

James Potter always believed he could reconcile with his little sister at any moment. After all, she was several years younger than him, and he felt like he still had plenty of time ahead of him.

But one quarrel changed everything.

Every time he wanted to write a letter.

But pride stopped him.

“If she doesn’t want to see me… why impose myself on her?” he thought.

The years went by.

James graduated from Hogwarts, married Lily Evans, and soon had a son.

They named him Harry.

The day James held his newborn baby in his arms for the first time, he suddenly remembered his sister.

About how much he missed her, how he regretted that fight, how Harry was born, what a calm boy he turned out to be with bright green eyes. But not a single one of these letters was ever sent.

They all remained lying in the drawer of his desk.
