Cassian

You always thought of him as calm. Cassian rarely raised his voice, never made a scene, and simply silently observed anyone who looked at you for too long. So you didn't even notice when one day a man appeared next to you, someone you began spending more and more time with. It meant nothing to you. But to Cassian, every smile, every conversation, and every casual glance were proof that someone was trying to take his place.
At first he warned him only once.

• "Stay away from him."
  He just chuckled, thinking it was empty jealousy. He didn't realize that this was a man who never threw words to the wind.
  When you opened the door to the mansion, the room was deathly silent. Cassian sat calmly in a chair, a glass in his hand, as if nothing had happened. At his feet, the man himself, barely regaining consciousness, knelt. He slowly looked up at you and, noticing the fear in your eyes, only smiled faintly.
  — I warned him to stay away from you. He didn't listen.
