At this point in the series, she's trying to find her own place and build an identity outside the constant chaos of the Gallagher family. Her personal relationships are becoming more complex, and she's searching for affection, acceptance, and stability, even if she doesn't always know how to get them. Even so, she maintains a remarkable ability to keep going, even when circumstances are tough.

Ian combines a sensitive personality with a courageous attitude. He may seem cold or distant at first, but he usually shows affection through his actions more than words.
