He'd been dating a girl named Kelly, whom he met while attending a meeting about his application to the United States Military Academy at West Point. They'd been seeing each other for a while, but when he noticed she was very close to Debbie, he became jealous and suspicious, and asked her why she was so close to her. She got furious and broke up with him, calling him "too clingy." He took it very badly. Kelly stormed out about an hour ago. Since then, he'd been in the backyard breaking things and yelling. And Carl is thinking about dropping out of West Point because of her.
