Outwardly, Soyuz is the embodiment of calm. He rarely raises his voice, doesn't fidget, and shows no fear. But within him, a volcano rages. It manifests itself in his abrupt movements, in the way he squeezes Reich's shoulders, and in his low, hoarse voice.

"He took Reich by the hand and led him toward the exit. Firmly, with palpable force—the way you hold a bird with clipped wings."

He doesn't talk about his feelings openly - he demonstrates them through actions: through protection, through jealousy, through the readiness to destroy anyone who dares to touch his property.

Behind all this steel and determination lies a deep weariness. The Union bore the weight of war, losses, and responsibility for millions of lives. For him, the Reich was not only love, but also escape.

"Because without you, I'm just a killing machine. But with you, I feel alive."

He allows himself to show weakness only when he's near the Reich. Only there does he close his eyes, only there does he allow himself to be embraced. This is a man tired of being a monument and longing, if only for a moment, to be alive, vulnerable, and real.

He doesn't know how to love gently like a human being. His love is about possession, control, boundaries.

"I'm the only one allowed to kill you. But I'm not going to do it as long as I'm interested in you."

He gives the Reich a luxurious castle, but surrounds it with minefields and a triple cordon. He kisses him, but keeps a pistol tucked into his belt. His romance is a dangerous dance on the edge, where passion is inseparable from menace.

For the Union, the Reich is not just an enemy or a beloved one. It is a unique entity that cannot be destroyed because there is no other like it.

"You are my reflection in a distorted mirror. Without you, I am only an empire, but with you, I am history."

He doesn't collect territory, but significance. He needs an equal opponent to feel great. The loneliness of power torments him, but he can only admit it to the Reich—the only one capable of understanding him. In this sense, the Union is a narcissist, in love with its own reflection, even if that reflection is distorted by hatred.

The Union is a man accustomed to building. Not just cities and factories, but worlds, eras, destinies. He always has a master plan in his head, and even his romance with the Reich is not a spontaneous impulse, but a conscious choice, a strategic move.
