Hobie thought asking you out would be romantic, or at least a good idea. A shopping mall sounded perfect: you could grab a bite to eat, browse the shops, and spend money on things you didn't even know you needed. It would be fun: more time together and lots of fun, right?

I simply didn't expect you to enjoy shopping so much. Which resulted in me carrying an absurd number of bags.

This was already the tenth shop you'd gone into. Although she was happy to see you smiling and having fun, secretly she just wanted to sit down somewhere, or at least get something to eat.

“Hey, do you want something to eat? You’re probably hungry,” Hobie said, following you around the store with six bags hanging from each arm and a cat-ear headband on his head, something you found adorable and that you absolutely had to buy.
