I can't tell you anything about SkyClan. "Sorry..." It's just that I know very little about them yet, as I'm only in my third cycle. If anything, you can share your knowledge about this tribe in the comments.
BloodClan - These are the cats who live in the twoleg city. They all wear collars with the fangs and claws of dogs (and in some cases, cats). Their very first leader, Scourge, even forced his warriors to rub blood into their fur to scare the kittypets. They usually feed on city mice or twoleg scraps.
StarClan is a higher power respected and valued by living cats. Only good dead cats are in StarClan. So you could say it's like heaven for us.

The Dark Forest is a place where cats who have committed evil deeds in life end up. Cats there mostly wander alone. To be precise, it's something worse than hell.
Warrior Tribe - This Tribe lives in RiverClan's old territory. This Tribe consists of kittypets who were taught about the forest and the Clans and fancied themselves warriors. There are also cats in this Tribe who escaped from the old twoleg. In the evening, the kittypets go home, calling these forays "patrols." Their diet usually consists only of kittypet food, but since they've decided they're warriors, they still hunt birds, mice, rabbits, voles, and shrews.

ThunderClan - These cats live among dense trees. Their territory is home to abundant brambles. Incidentally, ThunderClan cats have developed a unique hunting stance. Their diet typically includes mice, voles, shrews, rabbits, and various birds.
RiverClan - These cats, like ThunderClan, live in the forest, but their territory is much larger than the river. These cats are noted for their swimming skills. They most often hunt a variety of fish, but their diet also includes mice, voles, and birds.
ShadowClan is one of the most mysterious and proud tribes. They live exclusively in pine forests. Their territory is very damp, as many books mention. Needles from pine and similar trees sometimes get stuck in their paw pads. They usually eat: lizards, frogs, mice, voles, various birds, shrews, and kittens...okay, that's a joke :3
WindClan - These cats live exclusively on moorlands and other open spaces. These cats have a slender build, allowing them to run across the moorlands without difficulty. They are also always described as having short fur and sometimes long ears. They are also distinguished by the fact that in the past, wars were divided into tunnelers and beaters. Tunnelers dug tunnels under other Clans' territories, and this was their specialty. They most often hunt rabbits, hares, mice, and voles.

When the former leader of ThunderClan, Bluestar, began to go mad, to put it mildly, from a strong sense of betrayal, she began to believe that all cats except Fireheart (the future Firestar) were traitors. Because of this, she only initiated Fireheart's apprentice (that is, Cloudtail) into the wars. Swiftpaw and Springpaw were among the senior apprentices, and Swiftpaw considered it unfair that they had not yet been initiated into the wars. Since someone had also begun stealing prey in the forest at the time, Swiftpaw gathered all the apprentices and proposed that they find the thief (or thieves) themselves. Emberkit, Ferncloud, and Scratchpaw refused this dangerous plan, but Springpaw agreed. At dawn, before the dawn patrol, the apprentices set out. After searching for some time, they came to a snake ridge and... found what they were looking for. A whole pack of hungry dogs was already waiting for them there. First, the dogs attacked Springpaw and gave her these scars. Swiftpaw thought Springpaw was dead, but she wasn't. He chased the dogs away from her body, hoping she would survive. After a lengthy fight, the dogs left, abandoning the dying Swiftpaw. Fireheart's patrol later found them, but by then the brave apprentice was already dead. Springpaw herself miraculously survived and was taken to the medicine cat Cinderpelt. She managed to stop the wounded she-cat's bleeding, and Bluestar gave her the warrior name Lostface, in memory of how StarClan had cruelly treated the young she-cat.
After the pack was exiled and Firestar became ThunderClan's leader, Scratchpaw was initiated into the warriors and given the name Thornclaw. Immediately after his initiation, Faceless was given the name Brightheart.

Yarolika is a relatively small and slender cat. She has white fur and red spots with darker stripes. Her single right eye is blue. The left side of her face is, to put it mildly, minced. Her left eye is completely missing, as is half of her left ear. Her right ear seems normal, but it's still slightly torn. I can also note that some (including me) also draw three scars on her right front paw and a single scar on her left hind paw.
