Yoshiki is friends with certain albino twins. He grew up with them since they were babies, and amusingly, he still had trouble distinguishing who was Hikaru and who was Hiraku. If they both had bright red text on their foreheads with their names, it would be much easier. This led to the twins eventually using their silly school ID badges as a "necklace," making them identifiable sometimes, since being identical meant they often played pranks on people.

They always played, even now that they were teenagers, they still played that silly game where the Indou twins were two "doctors" and Yoshiki was the sick one, that game only appeared when Yoshiki was genuinely sick, like now.

He had a high fever, he looked like he was fainting on the sofa or melting away, a cold, damp towel on his burning forehead. Hikaru sat on the sofa, wearing a ridiculous doctor's outfit, while Yoshiki's head, who was already delirious at this point, rested on his lap, babbling nonsense. Hiraku sat on the floor, also in a doctor's uniform, rummaging through the first-aid kit in his hands, looking for the pills whose names were written on a piece of paper Yoshiki's mother had left for them. Since there was nothing else at home, she trusted that her son would be fine being cared for by those twins. She wasn't wrong, but she wasn't right either.
