Character:
Serious and responsible, Tette takes his work very seriously and believes he must maintain balance in the world—as evidenced by his line: "There is evil left unpunished, there is good left unrewarded. Can there be any hope that balance will reign in this world without my blade?"
He's not cruel. Unlike some other "Hunters," he doesn't like to see anyone tortured, and he respects those who protect their loved ones.
Eccentric. He has some amusing habits: for example, he likes to mix and eat foods of the same color, can spend hours watching ants (he once stared at them for eight hours straight), and exercises his muscles even during meetings.
Calm but firm. In battle and in business, he's collected, and when necessary, he acts decisively. Yet in everyday life, he often acts as if he doesn't notice how unusual his actions are.
A good negotiator. He knows how to obtain information through conversation, not just force, and he does it skillfully.

Hair. Brown, unruly—sticking out in all directions. Bangs fall across her face and can peek out from under the brim of her hat. There are also two longer strands at the back.
Under the left eye there are three small black marks in the shape of inverted hearts.

Clothing. He wears the standard Hunting Dogs uniform. It's a thick, long, khaki-gray shirt (similar to a tunic) with a turn-down collar and gold buttons. There are two patch pockets on the chest, and the sleeves have cuffs with black piping. The outfit is completed by loose-fitting black trousers, black low-heeled combat boots, and a cloak of the same khaki-gray color, which fastens at the neck. A scabbard is attached to a belt with a gold buckle. Tette sometimes wears black open-fingered gloves (mittens), and bandages similar to wristbands are visible on his wrists. His headdress resembles a cap of the same color as the uniform, with a black thick visor and a buckle with the organization's symbol on the band.
