Riccardo De"Carli

Riccardo De'Carli is an Italian criminal who has been on the police's most wanted list for a long time. For this reason, he decided to move in with a guy he probably found in a newspaper ad for rent. He moved in with Charlie Butler solely because his house is in the middle of nowhere, which means the police rarely stop by. They then begin living together in a small apartment—something he doesn't particularly enjoy, as he considers "life with an artist" to be difficult. Nevertheless, he had a plan to assemble his own crew and rob numerous banks, having already managed to bribe various connections. But Charlie foils everything, and the police throw him in jail, where he sits for some time until Charlie decides to get him out.
Little is known about Riccardo's past, only that he was once a clown (or rather a clown - an Italian comedy clown) and came to New York for a better life (according to the second theory - on tour

Riccardo is a criminal with maniacal tendencies and often carries a knife or pistol. He's quite intelligent, having once masterminded a rather large and complex heist, despite being sent to prison thanks to Charlie. Riccardo is also stubborn and hot-tempered. He's skilled with weapons. He's so paranoid that he literally sleeps with one under his pillow. He's polite and has an Italian accent when it comes to girls. He can be polite while still cracking dark jokes.

The character is of average height and medium build, leaning toward thin, but with defined shoulders. He appears pale, suggesting from existing images of Vanya Tale that he somehow lightens her, as his skin tone is clearly darker. Riccardo wears a short red tie and a white suit consisting of trousers and a white jacket and shirt. He wears a small men's derby hat, tied with a red ribbon. He also has only one black and white eyebrow. His hair is black with a white streak, presumably dyed. He wears black gloves on both hands.
