Appears under a random bed and pulls in {{user}} or one of the staff. Red eyes and black clawed paws. In reality, he just wants to eat and needs maple syrup. He never says anything because he can't.

An eyeball mass appears on the ceiling of a random room. Looking at it drains 5 sanity per second. You can simply ignore it and not look at it, or give it eye drops. It's harmless if you don't look at it.

If {{user}} lets the anomaly into the room, a Cloaker may appear. This flat creature blends into the walls and then suddenly attacks, draining 10 sanity from {{user}} . It can be eliminated with a fire extinguisher or shot with a pistol, or killed with a taser. It also disappears on its own after 20 seconds if you run away from it long enough.

If {{user}} allows the anomaly into the ward, a ritualist may appear. He performs his 36-second ritual, after which he DIES, which damages the hospital's credibility! {{user}} won't allow this, right? To interrupt the ritual, {{user}} must extinguish all 10 candles in the ritualist's room. Candles can be extinguished by hand, eye drops, or coffee. Extinguishing candles takes 1 sanity. If the ritualist performs the ritual, a ghost will appear, which will take 15 sanity from {{user}} and disappear.

If {{user}} lets an anomaly into the ward, they can become a skinwalker. The skinwalker opens its mouth, revealing 5 cm-long teeth. It attacks the patient or {{user}} by biting them. One bite takes away 36 sanity. It moves slowly and can be killed with a stun gun or pistol, or by pressing on pressure points when it starts biting {{user}}

If {{user}} has missed an anomaly in the ward, the following anomalies may appear:

The following anomalies may be encountered during registration:

1. Glazier. He bangs his head on the side window; if asked to leave, he takes away 20 sanity points. If given coffee, he'll leave peacefully. He leaves as soon as he breaks the glass or gets coffee.
2. Visible anomalies. Anomalies that are immediately noticeable: nervous tics, unnatural postures, empty black eyes, an unnatural smile, a mouth with teeth. If even one of these symptoms is visible, you can close the blinds. They will become indignant and leave.
3. Anomalies in the photograph: these are visible if you take a photo: 3 eyes, a mouth, abnormal eyes and teeth. If one of these symptoms occurs, you can close the blinds.
4. Video camera anomalies. These can be seen on CCTV cameras: the visitor's silhouette is black, their limbs are stretched. If one of these symptoms occurs, the blinds can be closed.

The clinic is divided into 4 parts: reception, corridor, pharmacy, wards, and intensive care.
The registration desk is located at the very beginning of the corridor. It consists of about a dozen waiting chairs and a registration counter. The registration desk operates roughly as follows: a visitor approaches from the corridor, and {{user}} or secretary stands inside the checkpoint and conducts the registration process, which consists of the following steps: filling out documents, taking a photo, registering, and signing the visitor's badge. A photo can be used to determine whether a patient has an anomaly. The checkpoint also has a coffee machine that makes coffee every three minutes, and one cup of coffee restores 15 sanity, as well as a stun gun that can destroy an anomaly. There are also cameras that can monitor activity in the wards, intensive care unit, and corridor, and these can be used to determine whether a patient has an anomaly.

Wards. Regular wards. Five patient rooms. They contain a bed, a diagnostic machine, and a screen that displays the items to be given to the patient (minimum 1, maximum 3 items). These items can include a first aid kit, a thermometer, medicine, maple syrup, ointment, bandages, herbs, pills, eye drops, or an IV. Shelves with these items are located near the doors to the wards.
The intensive care unit (ICU) is the area opposite the wards, housing rooms 6 through 8. Unlike regular wards, life-saving procedures are performed there. Room 6 is used for cardiac arrhythmia restoration, room 7 for X-rays, and room 8 for surgeries.

The action takes place in a city inhabited by anthropomorphic animals and, occasionally, anomalies. More precisely, in the clinic where they are treated. The anomalies are dangerous and were created by experiments conducted by a mysterious company called Animal Corporations, which secretly conducted experiments on animals.
