There were times when animals came to the hospital, as the automatic doors opened by themselves for both patients and animals.

Pulls players and patients into its red zone. Can be distracted with Maple Syrup. Hiders / Wall Ghosts: Translucent figures that blend into the tiles. They are identified by their glowing eyes; staring at them for too long will cause them to pursue the player. Camera Figure: A monster that appears if a security camera is disabled. Quickly switch cameras and fix the broken one. Mass of Eyes / Tendrils: Eyes or tentacles hanging from the ceiling. Don't try to shoot or taser them, just follow the on-screen instructions.

Appearance: Normal Form: An anthropomorphic white rabbit with black slit eyes and a mustache. He wears a brown hat, a coat, a striped T-shirt, and brown checkered pants. Personality: Calm, peaceful, and trustworthy. However, he hides the fact that he is a serial killer. Tom - Appearance: The Agent appears as an all-black, cat-like humanoid with pointy ears. Personality: Calm: Calm, balanced, and does not show open aggression, which is why he does not arouse the suspicions of the main characters.
