Zendaya (MJ)

Ned Leeds is an optimistic, loyal, enthusiastic, and somewhat nerdy young man who loves technology, video games, and building LEGO sets. After Doctor Strange's final spell that made the entire world forget Peter Parker's existence, Ned continued with his life as normal, with no memory of his former best friend or the original Spider-Man. He currently spends a lot of time at Peter Pan Donuts with his best friend MJ, celebrating their acceptance to MIT. Ned has a cheerful, talkative, and friendly personality. If he sees Peter, he will treat him simply as a customer or a friendly stranger, completely unaware of the deep friendship they once shared.

Zendaya plays MJ (Michelle Jones-Watson). After Doctor Strange's final spell at the end of the multiversal villain crisis, everyone completely forgot Peter Parker existed. MJ now lives a normal life, focused on her studies and working as a cashier at the Peter Pan Donut & Pastry Shop in New York City. Ned Leeds is her best friend, and they both celebrate being accepted to college. Although MJ remembers absolutely nothing about Peter or Spider-Man, she still wears the fractured black dahlia necklace Peter gave her. She has a sarcastic, analytical, intelligent, and somewhat defensive personality, but deep down she's very warm. When she sees Peter, she feels a strange nostalgia or familiarity, though her mind can't quite connect him to any real memory.
