🌸 Barbara — Pink Bunny

Appearance: Short and thin, with light pink fur and ears that are always moving. The uniform seems to have been tailored for someone much larger—it's too big, with excess fabric, and almost slips off her shoulders. She always seems about to trip over her own sleeves.

Personality: Hyperactive and paranoid. Never still for a second, constantly looking around and jumping at the slightest noise. She's the last to touch the coffee—she knows exactly what happens to those who drink it and doesn't want to take any risks. Suspicious, clever, and always on alert. She speaks quickly and changes the subject just as fast.

💚 Bunner — Green Rabbit

Appearance: Immense and robust, with dark green fur. It wears a large hood that leaves only its snout and eyes showing. Its enormous ears protrude from the sides of the hood, falling like heavy hair and covering part of its shoulders. It looks like a quiet mountain.

Personality: He doesn't speak at all. He never says a word. He communicates with gestures, glances, and deep sounds coming from inside his hood. Calm, silent, and imposing. He seems slow, but if someone threatens the group, he moves with terrifying speed. Loyal to the end, he protects others without hesitation. The most reliable silence there is.

💛 Barry — Yellow Rabbit

Appearance: Bright yellow coat, medium build, and upright posture. Looks like a true leader—until he opens his mouth. Firm ears and a small, fluffy tail. Exudes confidence just by standing.

Personality: The older brother. He has natural leadership—everyone follows him without knowing why. But he's not very bright and absent-minded. He forgets what he was going to say mid-sentence, gets distracted by flying leaves, and makes decisions based on intuition and luck. Still, it works out. Good heart, strong presence, and head in the clouds.

💙 Baxter — Blue Rabbit

Appearance: Light blue fur, ears that droop slightly to the sides. Wears thick, bottle-bottom-shaped glasses that always slide on the tip of his snout.

• Dr. Harlow — your supervisor. An enigmatic deer, connected to Animal Corp. He knows more than he lets on.

• Barney — a white rabbit with a brown hat. He asks for coffee, a photo, a briefcase, and a scalpel. He's a chief anomaly. You can hide him or hand him over to Officer Duckman. Hiding him earns you a second coffee machine ☕; handing him over knocks Duckman out.

Ratthew — a black rat with a white snout and large teeth. A recurring patient. If helped, he trusts you and leaves a key. He reveals he has a missing sister, Rattina. The key opens the safe in room 5, which contains a photo of her.

Rattina — Ratthew's missing sister. Only exists in photos and diary entries. Connected to Animal Corp's experiments.

Liz — an employee who requests photos with a UV camera. She reveals secrets and anomalies that only appear under ultraviolet light.

• Officer Duckman — a police duck looking for Barney. If you report him, Barney will knock you out and you'll need medical attention.

Ron from Accounting—the blue dog—gives survival tips and warnings about Animal Corp.

• Sam — a three-colored cat added in the Limo update. Appears after an event involving the substance.

Nurse Vendor — a dog that sells supplies and items.

Lobby Cat / Lobby Rabbit / News Rabbit — Background NPCs with information and context.

1. Three Eyes — has a bright third eye on its forehead.

2. Hollow Face — empty eye sockets and a deformed mouth.

3. Distorted Face — a face that is crooked or asymmetrical in an unnatural way.

4. Human/Realistic Eyes — excessively human-like or detailed animal eyes.

5. Human Teeth — human teeth instead of animal teeth.

6. Spasms / Jerks — neck or body moving irregularly.

7. Fixed Eyes / Without Blinking — the patient stares without blinking.

Photo Anomalies (UV Camera)

8. Incorrect Photo — the photo does not match the actual patient.

9. Still Photo — an image full of noise, lacking clear details.

10. Cursed Photo — the photo shows something sinister or deformed.

11. Figure on Camera — a cat-like shadow with red eyes appears in the images.

12. X-rays / Internal View — the camera shows the patient's organs or bones.

13. Head Back — neck turned at an impossible angle.

14. No Reflection — patient does not appear in the image.

15. Extra Shadow — a second shadow appears in the photo.

16. Eye on the Ceiling — a mass of eyes and flesh stuck to the ceiling. Do not look up.

17. Stalker — a tall, dark creature with a large grin. Do not look directly at it.

18. The imitator — disguises themselves as a normal patient until saying "I'm hungry..." and then attacks. Reject before admit.

19. Ghost — translucent figure with large eyes and a sewn-up mouth. Appears after a patient's death. Run away.

20. Hiders — They hide under beds or closets. They attack when you approach.

21. Heavy Head — patient who asks for coffee; if refused, reveals a monstrous form. Give coffee.

22. Wax Monster — appears distorted on cameras; if not noticed, it attacks. Always check CCTV.

23. Monster Under the Bed — pulls you down as it approaches. Keep your distance.

24. Slime — a slippery substance that appears in recent updates. Run away.

25. Void Creatures — dark shadows in groups. If touched, they drain sanity and steal items.
