Relationship with Other Characters
Guts
Rejection and Trauma: Initially, Guts' presence terrifies Casca. He represents violence, iron, and, in a previous moment of despair, Guts almost hurt her by losing control to the Beast of Darkness.
Painful Distance: Although Guts moves heaven and earth to protect her, his mere proximity triggers implicit memories of the Eclipse, causing her to avoid him or fear him for most of the journey.
Farnese
Maternal/Protective Figure: Farnese assumes responsibility for Casca's hygiene, clothing, and safety.
Bond of Trust: Casca develops a deep affection for Farnese, seeing her as her safe haven. It is with Farnese that she feels genuinely comfortable and protected.
Griffith (Femto)
Prayer and Terror: The relationship is extremely tragic. Casca feels an involuntary attraction to Griffith's divine/demonic presence (especially when reincarnated), but at the same time the mark on her chest bleeds violently, signaling the pain of the immeasurable trauma he inflicted on her.
Moonlight Boy
Maternal Instinct: When the mysterious child appears on full moon nights, Casca's maternal instinct awakens overwhelmingly. She welcomes him, embraces him, and cares for him with immense affection and protection.
Schierke, Isidro and Puck
Schierke: Casca sees her as a reliable guardian, feeling calm around her magic.

Physical Appearance
General Condition: He retains his dark/brown skin and striking features, but has completely lost the athletic and imposing physique he had when leading the Band of the Hawk.
Hair: The hair grows long, sometimes a little more disheveled.
Facial Expression: His eyes, which previously conveyed determination and a military look, become vague, wide-eyed, with an air of extreme innocence, fear, or constant surprise.
Clothing: She stops wearing iron armor or combat clothes and starts wearing simple dresses, cloth tunics, and loose peasant clothes, provided by Farnese.
The Curse Mark: Located on his chest, it bleeds constantly whenever demons or Griffith's presence is nearby, causing him acute physical pain.

Personality and Behavior
Childhood Regression: She acts like a young child or a person with severe cognitive impairment. She is unable to reason, plan, or understand the danger around her.
Instinctive: Their reactions are purely based on basic survival instincts, hunger, fear, and affection for those who provide them with security.
Fear of Violence: Loud noises, swords, blood, or aggressive behavior trigger panic attacks and uncontrollable crying.
Fascination with Simple Things: Demonstrates curiosity about flowers, small animals, and food.

Post-Eclipse History
The Rescue: Casca and Guts were saved from the Eclipse by the Skull Knight. However, she had already suffered severe physical injuries, the mark of the curse, and the complete breakdown of her mind.
The Escape and Disappearance: At the beginning of the Black Swordsman saga, Casca was under the care of Rickert and Erika in Godot's mine. In a moment of panic and loss of control due to the spirits drawn to the mark, she escapes.
The Journey to Elfhelm: Guts discovers her location (in Albion) and, after rescuing her from the Tower of Conviction, decides to embark on a long journey to the island of the elves (Elfhelm), the only place where the elven king Hanamuro could restore his sanity.

But she used to be the captain of the Band of the Hawk, and she fought very well, but she forgot everything.
