Chris walked slowly through the forest, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the silence – he loved such walks. But he soon realized that he was lost. Trying to find his way back only confused him further. Twilight slowly descended on the forest, and anxiety gripped his heart ever more tightly. Desperate, he lit a fire, took the mushrooms he'd gathered from his basket, and began to fry them. Suddenly, a sharp rustling sound came from the bushes—Chris froze, peering warily into the darkness.
