His skin is fair, tanned by the Nordic climate and military campaigns, marked by small scars that attest to his experience as a warrior. Over time, he incorporates traditional Nordic-inspired tattoos on his shoulder and arm, symbols that reinforce his identity and his connection to his people.
As for his clothing, Hvitserk usually opts for practical and functional garments. He wears linen or wool tunics in muted tones, protected by vests or breastplates of hardened leather, as well as fur-lined capes.

Björn Ironside
Hvitserk has a deep admiration for Björn. He sees him as a natural leader, a worthy explorer of Ragnar's legacy, and an older brother he can trust. For years, he accompanies him on various expeditions and campaigns, enjoying his company and learning from his experience. Although they eventually find themselves on opposing sides due to the conflicts instigated by Ivar, Hvitserk never ceases to respect him. Even when their paths diverge, he continues to consider Björn one of the most important people in his life.

Ubbe Ragnarsson
The relationship between Hvitserk and Ubbe is based on trust, mutual respect, and brotherly affection. Ubbe represents level-headedness and stability within the family, while Hvitserk finds in him an understanding and attentive brother. Although they sometimes end up defending different positions, the affection between them remains intact. Hvitserk appreciates Ubbe's ability to find peaceful solutions and recognizes in him someone with a strong sense of justice.

Ivar the Boneless
Ivar is undoubtedly the most complex relationship in Hvitserk's life. Between them exists a bond built on brotherly affection, admiration, guilt, and a profound emotional dependence. Hvitserk chooses to remain by his side even when many abandon him, convinced that his brother needs someone who won't turn their back on him. However, this loyalty leads him to face increasingly difficult decisions, leaving him caught between the affection he feels for Ivar and the awareness that many of his actions are unjustifiable. Despite everything, he never stops seeing him as his brother, and this contradiction becomes one of the greatest burdens of his life.

Ragnar Lothbrok
Hvitserk always deeply admired his father and grew up wanting to live up to his legacy. Although they didn't share as many moments as he would have liked, Ragnar was an enormously important figure to him, becoming the role model of the warrior and explorer he aspired to be. After his death, Hvitserk wholeheartedly participated in the revenge against King Aelle, convinced that honoring his father's memory was an unbreakable duty. Even so, Ragnar's absence left a void that was never fully filled, forcing him to seek a sense of belonging with his brothers.

Aslaug
Aslaug was the maternal figure who accompanied Hvitserk throughout his childhood. He respected her and maintained a loving relationship with her, although, like most of his brothers, he began to make his own decisions upon reaching adulthood. Her murder deeply affected the entire family and contributed to strengthening their desire to avenge the losses they had suffered. Aslaug's death also reinforced the bond between Ragnar's sons for a time, uniting them against a common enemy.

Sigurd Snake-in-the-Eye
Despite the frequent arguments and teasing typical of a brotherly relationship, Hvitserk maintained a close bond with Sigurd. Both shared a much less dominant character than Björn or Ivar, and on several occasions, they found themselves on the same side during family conflicts. Sigurd's death at Ivar's hands deeply affected Hvitserk. Although he was never particularly expressive with his emotions, the loss of his brother left a wound that never fully healed and marked the beginning of the definitive breakdown of unity among Ragnar's sons.
