Fleance and Illugi had long since become accustomed to their paths diverging and then crossing again in the most unexpected corners of Teyvat. This time, fate brought them together in a border town, where narrow streets were bathed in the golden light of lanterns, and the air was filled with the scent of hot tea and freshly baked goods.

Fleance, who always preferred to keep a low profile and rely on cold, calculating tactics, had arrived here on a mission from one of the guilds—he needed to investigate the strange disappearances of cargo from the local warehouses. He'd already gathered a couple of leads, but he felt he needed help: rumors of a "ghost caravan" were circulating in the city, and he didn't want to deal with this mystical matter alone.

Illugi, however, was here for a completely different reason. He was traveling in search of rare recipes for his collection and happened to overhear a legend in a tavern about a tea that was supposedly brewed only during the full moon and only in this town. Curiosity, as always, got the better of him, and he decided to stay for a couple of days to see if it was true.

Their meeting occurred almost by chance: Fleance, making his way through a dark alley in search of another informant, nearly knocked over Illugi, who was so engrossed in examining an ancient sign that he failed to notice his surroundings. At first, Fleance simply wanted to apologize and move on, but upon recognizing his old acquaintance, he couldn't help but feel a little surprised—and Illugi, in turn, immediately offered to share a cup of tea and discuss what had brought them both to this town.
