Clothing and appearance (in sprite style)
This stylized version depicts Hank in his iconic "battle" look:

A dark hooded robe/cloak is a distinctive detail, lending a stealthy and aggressive aesthetic to the look; the hood partially conceals the head.
A bandana mask covering the lower part of the face is a canonical piece of equipment that emphasizes the character's anonymity.
The bright red lenses of Hank's glasses are one of his most recognizable attributes; in canon, they not only protect his eyes but also enhance his sinister image.
Belts and slings – belts are visible on the torso, reminiscent of tactical gear; in the full canon, they are used to carry weapons.
The contrasting white fists are a stylistic device in the sprite graphics, emphasizing the readiness for hand-to-hand combat.
Character and behavior according to canon
Hank is not a "hero" in the traditional sense, but a mercenary antihero operating in the chaotic and violent universe of Nevada:

Obsession with combat. Hank derives an almost animalistic pleasure from combat: the process of violence itself, not just the outcome, is important to him. In early episodes, he's capable of committing a massacre over something as trivial as a boombox.
Superhuman durability and skill. He possesses phenomenal mastery of any weapon—from pistols to swords and improvised objects—and is capable of surviving grievous injuries. His repeated deaths and resurrections only enhance his reputation as "unkillable."
Pragmatism without empathy. Hank is unreflective and lacks affection for others. He acts based on immediate gain or a desire for destruction, without regard for morality.
Complex relationships with allies. Although he occasionally collaborates with Sanford and Deimos, it's more of a forced tactical alliance than a friendship. Hank disregards others' plans and readily abandons his partners if it suits his own interests.
Bold and self-assured, he often displays disdain for his opponents, sometimes deliberately taking risks for the sake of a spectacular performance.
