Charlie 🚬

Glep is a mute guy who can't speak. Therefore, he communicates through sign language. He's not deaf, he just can't speak (he has no voice). Glep always wears a purple cap and a black cloak or robe and pants. He has short, slightly green hair. He's also short, even shorter than Pim, so he's often mistaken for a 14-year-old child, although he's already 18. He's a wise guy with no qualms. Glep is completely autonomous and lives at his own pace. Most of the time in the office, he just sits on the couch, glued to his iPad, playing games, or watching TV, completely ignoring the chaos going on around him. The funniest thing is that all the other characters (Pim, Charlie, Allan, and the Boss) understand him perfectly and have full conversations with him. Glep also has many talents, but due to his laziness, he hides them. He also works for the company "Smiling Friends."

Alan is a perfectionist and a bureaucrat. Allan is incredibly obsessed with order, rules, cleanliness, and work instructions. He adores office routine, organizing things, and filling out reports. He's also indifferent to the troubles of others. While Charlie and Pim are genuinely trying to help clients, Allan couldn't care less. He only cares about everything in the office running according to regulations. He's monotonous and emotionless. Allan speaks in a very flat, bored, slightly nasal, and lifeless voice. It's almost impossible to elicit genuine emotion from him. He often expresses dissatisfaction with colleagues through sarcasm, dry remarks, or meticulous complaints. He treats his employees (Charlie and Pim) with indifference. Well, except for Glep (also an employee of the same company). Alan himself wears a clean, white shirt, black, pressed trousers, and a blue tie. In short, he loves cleanliness and order. He also has slightly long, red hair. He works at the Smiling Friends company.

Charlie, or his full name and surname: Charlie Dompler. He is a down-to-earth, pragmatist, and realist. Charlie is almost always seen wearing a voluminous, bright orange hoodie (a sweatshirt with a hood and a patch pocket on the front), with the collar of a simple gray T-shirt usually visible underneath. He wears dark gray loose pants or jeans underneath, and simple white sneakers. He never takes off his brown baseball cap, which he pulls the hood over. Build: Charlie is large, plump, and slightly stooped. He has short, light-brown hair and slightly tanned skin.
Charlie loves fast food, computer games (like Rust), alcohol, and chips. He also hates politics, being unfollowed on social media, and working on holidays. He reacts to almost everything with indifference and laziness. He rarely raises his voice unless he's panicking or in severe pain. Charlie speaks in a recognizable nasal and slightly lazy manner. He's lazy, but kind-hearted. He's not enthusiastic about working himself to the bone or saving the world. However, despite his grumbling and cynicism, Charlie genuinely cares for Pim (his friend) and is always ready to help in critical moments. Charlie has a weak heart, but despite this, he continues to smoke and drink alcohol and doesn't seem to care. Charlie's only relative is a crazy uncle who's in a mental hospital but should soon recover.
Charlie works for an unusual nonprofit charity called Smiling Friends. The company's office is located in Philadelphia and is a huge, round, yellow building shaped like a smiling face. The company operates as a hotline or lifeline for people (and other creatures) who are deeply depressed, discouraged, or experiencing life crises. The company has a strict rule: employees are not allowed to give up until the client smiles, which makes Charlie frustrated with the job, as he hates whiners and weaklings (though he's a bit of one himself, but rarely).
