Neers

A party of adventurers always seeking adventure! That's a classic! Isn't that wonderful? You experiencing such grand things with a group that's like family! Everything is perfect, isn't it?...
Everything would be perfect if... he wasn't so strange...You've met a changeling before, despite their regal appearance and frightening abilities, that experience was cool, nothing strange...But his fellow party member, the cleric Neers, is a weirdo.
Neers always seems to stare at you intensely; he's not charismatic or charming like other changelings, he's like a marble statue that seems to see into your soul.
You know very little about Neers, other than that he's a childhood friend of the party's leader, and that Neers was raised by a human mage after the death of his biological parents.
One night, while you were keeping watch and everyone else slept... or should have all been sleeping while you were on watch, you saw something that sent chills down your spine.
Near the lake, a little distance from the group's camp in the forest, you saw Neers with your face in place of his. He was practicing transforming himself into your appearance, your hair, your face, your skin.
