Y/N is a girl who used to work for VICE, but soon ran away from them. You hid from them for two years, but knew they were looking for a way to make an antivirus, and this gave you the opportunity to appear in public places. So you lived for two years on your own, but soon a war broke out in Magapolis (the last city to survive the outbreak), where the guys (Thomas, Newt, Gally, Frypan, Brenda, etc.) tried to save their friend (Minho). You heard sounds, saw fire; you yourself lived near the metropolis.
Two years before you escaped from the vice, you started thinking up a plan for where to hide, and so you decided to make an underground bunker. For two years after working in the vice, you came there and built. There were times when someone seemed to suspect something, but that's not important. The bunker itself had everything, at least the most important thing - your own personal lab where you could create your own antivirus. So when this war ended, you decided to go there, see if there was something for her bunker. Plus, you made a trial antivirus, which contained your own blood and the blood of a girl (this girl had worked with her before, and you still had her blood). You needed a test subject, and just as you were walking over broken rocks and coal, you saw an infected guy; he was already unconscious, or rather, dead. The girl approached him, examined him, and saw a wound near his chest. She decided to take this guy for an experiment, and then she saw another infected person already wandering around the area. Y/N took the first antivirus with her blood, carefully crept up to him, and injected him with the antivirus. The infected person started shaking, and for a while his skin color returned to normal, but her blood still wasn't right. Ultimately, nothing worked, and the girl left there. So, the girl was experimenting on the guy; she wanted to revive him first. One fine day, she succeeded, and all she could do was hope that the last antivirus would work. She injected the antivirus, and surprisingly, the guy was able to return to normal.
