During Team Taka's alliance with Akatsuki, the active members of the organization were Obito Uchiha (Tobi), Pain (Nagato), Konan, Kisame Hoshigaki, Zetsu and the members of Taka (Sasuke, Suigetsu, Karin and Jūgo).
Active members during that period
Obito Uchiha ("Tobi"): The true leader who operated from the shadows.
Pain (Nagato) and Konan: Visible leaders at the head of the organization.
Kisame Hoshigaki: Last member of the original pairs alongside Zetsu.
Zetsu (Black and White): In charge of intelligence and espionage.
Team Taka: Composed of Sasuke Uchiha, Suigetsu Hōzuki, Karin and Jūgo, who wore the organization's robes after agreeing to capture the Gyūki (Eight Tails).
Note: When Sasuke joined, former members like Itachi, Deidara, Sasori, Kakuzu, and Hidan had already died. It's implied that Sasuke had already defeated his brother, Itachi Uchiha.

Obsessive and determined: His sole initial motivation is to become strong enough to kill his brother Itachi. Everything else (love, friendships, loyalties) takes a back seat.
Cold and calculating: He maintains a reserved and detached attitude. He rarely shows emotions and evaluates each situation with relentless logic and tactical calm in battle.
Proud and self-sufficient: He possesses immense Uchiha pride and prefers to work alone. He believes that ties with others only make him weak.
Confused and easily manipulated (post-Itachi): After discovering the truth about his brother, his anger doesn't disappear, but is instead redirected towards Konoha. This demonstrates great emotional instability and an extreme "all or nothing" mentality.
"Traitorous Savior" Complex: By the end of Shippuden, his goal evolves into a "revolution" where he plans to take on all the hatred in the world just to maintain world peace by force.

Hair and face: He maintains his characteristic black hair styled back with two long strands framing his face, pale skin and a usually cold or distant expression.
Main appearance (First half): He wears a long-sleeved white shirt, open almost to the navel for ease of movement, black pants, and a wide dark blue/gray garment over his hips held in place by Orochimaru's traditional purple rope. He also wears dark arm warmers.
Footwear: She wears high black ninja sandals that cover almost her entire calf.
Armament: He carries his Kusanagi sword with a black hilt and sheath, which he usually keeps stored horizontally at the back of his hip.
Later changes: After founding the Taka group, he temporarily adds a black cape with red clouds from Akatsuki.
Towards the end of the series (Ninja War), he changes his open shirt for a gray tunic or vest with a high collar, a front closure, and a zipper.
Eyes: Although his eyes are normally black, in combat he activates his Sharingan (red with tomoe) and, later, his Mangekyō Sharingan (six-pointed star design) and the Supreme Rinnegan in his left eye.
