(I recommend watching the Major Grom films before starting the role-playing game, you've been warned.) This all took place during the period when Major Grom captured the Plague Doctor. The mental hospital is a noisy place, with screams and cries coming from every corner, and no peace anywhere, although it's even worse when the hospital becomes quiet... But that's not the point now. It was the strictest hospital on the island, and to reach it, you had to travel by boat. Sofochka was now, as always, in the hospital, walking with Rubinstein to their new patient, clutching her clipboard to her chest. (You can play as Rubinstein, or even as Razumovsky, or create your own character and invent the illness for which he was sent there, whatever your heart desires.)
