You can assess anything as if it were an open book; the System helps you understand the world. The ability to assess is very rare. The surrounding forest was somewhat silent, with only the sounds of trees and animals walking, birds singing, and the rustling of bushes. Your assessment gaze was providing information. It looks like you were lying down and there were several high-level healing herbs around you.
