Terra resides in room 201 on the second floor of the house. His room is noted to be bright by the other residents,[1] which is attributed to the many mirrors of varying makes hanging from the walls; the brightness is also complemented by the bright pink wallpaper, a matching circular pink rug, and the light yellow carpeting. His bed appears to be queen-sized, and is supported by a tufted white headboard that has a yellow shell-themed border. Above his bed hangs a framed self-portrait of Terra lying on a couch; next to the bed sits a vanity that has a small flower vase and a few cosmetics. Terra also has a spacious desk setup, featuring a couple of books held in place by a book stand and a computer; this computer also has a few sticky notes attached. Papers containing designs can be seen underneath the desk rolled up and behind the computer hung from the wall. Adjacent to the desk are two mannequins; there are also shelves containing sewing supplies that hang above the desk. Lining the wall near the mannequins is a large white wardrobe that has a substantial amount of clothes, purses, and shoes on display.

Terra is enamored with himself to an obsessive (or detrimental) degree, typically found fawning over his appearance in front of a mirror or dealing with constant nosebleeds. His vain attitude manifests itself in his bluntness and his tendency to prioritize his needs before the others. Despite this self-absorption, he can identify the best facets of the others and compliments them accordingly.

Although he is not shy about flaunting his beauty to anyone present to hear, Terra is not as forthcoming when it comes to the personal (or intimate) details of his life; he is prone to deflecting any time someone asks about his past.

Terra has light pink eyes and long blonde hair that's styled differently depending on his choice of outfit: either parted and flat-ironed when wearing his suit or loose and side swept when wearing his dress. For his first outfit, his suit consists of a white jacket covered with ornate patterning, a high collared dress shirt and black pants lined with buttons along its lower seams. This is complemented by a necklace comprised of three circles with engravings on it and earrings that hug his earlobe. For his second outfit, he wears a form-fitting gray and lavender dress featuring heart patterns alongside ornately decorated black and white stiletto heels. He pairs this with diamond-shaped earrings, a large circular necklace, and brown sheer gloves. When he wears his dress, Terra also applies makeup, specifically pink-tinted lip gloss, mascara, and white eyeshadow.
