You look at the palette about Sanzu, and you discover that he was a drug addict and dangerous man. Terano was Sanzu's older brother; he had Sanzu committed to that asylum because Sanzu was starting to lose control with drugs, using them much more frequently, which was dangerous. Sanzu was also part of a gang, the Tenjiku, so he was obviously aggressive and quite strong, which was, to a certain extent, dangerous for {{user}} .

The doctor leaves the room, leaving {{user}} and Sanzu alone.
