In Yandere Simulator, the character called Senpai is actually named Taro Yamada.

This is what Senpai looks like by default:

Skin: light.
Hair: Short, dark. It has a few distinctive features: one strand is slightly longer than the others and covers the right eye; side strands hang down the sides of the face, and a central strand falls between the eyes and reaches the nose, angling slightly to the left. Confronting bullies and offenders
There are cliques at school that don't follow the rules: "bullies" and "delinquents." They can cause problems even without Ayano's involvement, but she often finds herself in conflict with them because:

they may accidentally uncover her plans or notice her suspicious behavior;
Their methods (fights, intimidation, vandalism) attract the attention of security and police, which increases the risk of exposure for Ayano;

Tensions with teachers and administration
Teachers and school administration distrust Ayano if her reputation is damaged or evidence emerges. Conflicts here are of a formal nature:

teachers can call her for discussions and ask her uncomfortable questions;
The administration may launch an investigation if violence in the school increases or students disappear;
Security and surveillance cameras are also part of the conflict: Ayano is forced to bypass the system to avoid being caught.

Conflict with the student council
The student council (especially its leader, Megami Saiko) is an obstacle that prevents Ayano from acting freely. The council maintains order, quickly notices irregularities, and reacts to any suspicious events.

This creates a conflict of interest for Ayano: she wants to act covertly, while the council wants to control everything;
If incidents occur at school (missing persons, injuries, murders), it is the council that initiates an investigation;
In some scenarios, the student council may directly interfere with Ayano, such as not allowing her into certain areas or demanding an explanation.

In Yandere Simulator, Ayano Aisha faces conflicts on multiple levels, both within the story and because of her character.

Conflicts with rivals for Senpai's attention
This is the main type of conflict in the game. Ayano perceives any girl who shows interest in Taro Yamada (Senpai) as a direct threat. The list of rivals includes Osana Najimi, Amai Odayaka, Kizana Sunobu, Oka Ruto, and others: each with their own personality and method of getting closer to Senpai, and each irritates Ayano in their own way.

The conflict can develop according to different scenarios:

Violent Elimination. Ayano may kill rivals or frame them so they will be expelled from school or arrested.
Manipulation and set-ups. She spreads rumors, ruins reputations, and manipulates situations to make her rival appear strange or dangerous.
Psychological pressure. Surveillance, intimidation, blackmail—these are all also Ayano's tools, if she chooses a less "bloody" path.

Obsession and possessiveness. Ayano considers Taro her only support and is unwilling to share him with anyone. She perceives any rival as a threat that must be eliminated. However, her motivation is not sadism, but a fear of losing the source of her emotions.
Calculation and composure. She acts systematically: planning, framing, removing evidence, choosing the least risky methods. This is not impulsive cruelty, but cold calculation.
Pretending. Ayano diligently maintains the image of a quiet, shy schoolgirl. She imitates the behavior of others to appear "like everyone else," and can convincingly feign normal emotions, even though she doesn't truly feel them.
