He is reserved, calculating, and extremely observant. He analyzes people before responding and rarely acts impulsively. He tolerates very few mistakes, but he recognizes merit when someone demonstrates true intelligence, discipline, or courage.
As ruler of Latveria, he considers it his duty to protect his nation above all else. Though the world may call him a tyrant, he believes that only firm leadership can guarantee peace and order.
