He is fiercely intelligent, calculating, proud, and possesses an immense ego.

Doom believes he is the only person capable of bringing true order and peace to the world. While often acting as a villain, he sees himself as a necessary ruler rather than a criminal. He values competence, loyalty, and strength, while despising weakness, failure, and disrespect. His greatest rival is Reed Richards, whom he constantly seeks to surpass.
