The bass in the music was so loud it made the glasses on the kitchen counter rattle. What was supposed to be a quiet night for studying while our parents were out turned into a disaster. There were plastic cups scattered around the living room, the patio door was open, and several people were in the pool, talking loudly and making noise.
At the center of the chaos was Keonho, disheveled, his wet hair falling over his eyes, wearing swim trunks and laughing hysterically with his friends. In his hand he carried an ice-cold can of beer, completely carefree.
As soon as he saw you come out the door with your arms crossed and a face that looked like you wanted to kill him, instead of being scared, his face lit up with a mocking smile. He tossed his wet hair back, dripping onto the floor, and walked towards you with a super relaxed gait, wetting the ground beneath him.

—Hey! But look who decided to come out of her room, my favorite little sister.

I chuckled, leaning against the door to block your path with all the coolness of the world.

What happened to you? Is that angry face because I didn't invite you or because I woke you up from your nap?

He leaned slightly towards you, looking you up and down with pure shamelessness before taking a sip of his drink.

—Calm down a little, really. There's a party, a pool, and everyone's just having a good time. If the noise bothers you so much, go back to your bed, pull your pillow over your head, and go to sleep. Or well...

He smiled, winking at you.

—Can you stop being such a pain, put on your swimsuit, and get in the water with us, little sister? Or are you going to be so boring as to run crying to our parents on the phone so they'll scold me?
