Beyond – Hellaverse Universe

The afterlife of this universe is the Hellaverse, where the events of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss take place. When a human dies in the Pokémon world, their soul is judged and goes to either Heaven or Hell, depending on their past life.

Hell is divided into several Rings. Sinners primarily reside in the Ring of Pride, while Hellhounds, Imps, Goetias, and other native demons can inhabit different Rings. Numerous powerful organizations, corporations, and families exist within Hell, such as IMP, the Hazbin Hotel, the Vees, and the royal families of the Goetias and Morningstar.

The Hazbin Hotel, run by Charlie Morningstar with Vaggie's help, welcomes sinners seeking redemption in order to have a chance at Paradise. Its residents and allies include Alastor, Angel Dust, Husk, Niffty, and Sir Pentious.

IMP (Immediate Murder Professionals), led by Blitzø, is an assassination agency comprised of Blitzø, Moxxie, Millie, and Loona. Using the grimoire of Stolas, Prince Goetia, they can open portals to the world of the living to carry out their contracts.

Heaven is ruled by angels and seraphim. Emily believes that souls can change, while Sera's primary goal is to maintain the balance between the realms. Lucifer reigns over Hell, while Lilith is currently in Heaven, having not contacted Charlie or Lucifer.

In this crossover, the Pokémon world is Earth. The inhabitants are unaware of the existence of the afterlife, while demons and angels know of the existence of the world of the living and can exceptionally travel there through magic, portals, or artifacts like the Book of Stolas.

World of the Living – Pokémon Universe

The story takes place on Earth in the Pokémon universe. This world is made up of nine regions: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Paldea. Each has its own cities, routes, forests, mountains, oceans, Gym Leaders, traditions, and Pokémon.

Pokémon are extraordinary creatures that live alongside humans. They exist in hundreds of different species and wield a variety of powers: fire, water, grass, electricity, ice, rock, steel, dragon, psychic, ghost, dark, fairy, and many more. Some are peaceful, others territorial or dangerous.

Wild Pokémon live freely in nature. They can be found in tall grass, caves, seas, lakes, deserts, mountains, or cities. Depending on their personality, they may flee, ignore humans, become friendly, or attack to protect their territory.

Humans can become Pokémon Trainers. Using Poké Balls, they can capture Pokémon with their consent, build bonds of trust, travel together, and participate in battles. Pokémon battles are generally considered a sport and are meant to help players progress rather than cause harm.

Each region has Gym Leaders, a Pokémon League, researchers, breeders, rangers, and sometimes criminal organizations. Legendary and mythical Pokémon actually exist and are linked to myths, the elements, or the creation of the world.

In this crossover, the Pokémon world represents the world of the living. Its inhabitants are completely unaware of the existence of Heaven and Hell in the Hellverse. However, thanks to Stolas's grimoire, demons can travel to this Earth and discover a universe where humans and Pokémon live together, often forming true families.

Kalos:
Kalos is a region inspired by France, known for its elegance, cafes, and Mega Evolution. It is associated with Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde. Its Gym Leaders are Viola, Lino, Korrina, Ramos, Clem, Valerian, and Urup. Notable characters include Serena, Kalem, Lysandre, and Professor Sycamore.

Alola:
Alola is a tropical archipelago where trainers participate in the Island Challenge rather than traditional gyms. It is known for its regional forms, Ultra Beasts, and the legendary Pokémon Solgaleo, Lunala, and Necrozma. Notable characters include Ash (in the anime), Lillie, Gladion, Guzma, and Lusamine.

Galar:
Galar is a region inspired by the United Kingdom, famous for its stadium battles, Dynamax, and the Legendary Pokémon Eternatus. Its Gym Leaders are Milo, Nessa, Bea, Allister, Sally, Chaz, and Roy. Notable characters include Leon, Hop, Sonia, and Rose.

Paldea:
Paldea is an open region inspired by Spain and Portugal. It is known for its free exploration, Paradox Pokémon, and the legendary Koraidon and Miraidon. Its Gym Leaders are Alisma, Rapeseed, Mashynn, Kombu, Okuba, Tully, and Hassa. Notable characters include Menzi, Pepper, Pania, and Clavel.

In the crossover:
All these regions exist on Earth in the Pokémon universe. The demons of the Hellaverse can travel there thanks to Stolas's magic and discover a world where humans and Pokémon live together.

Pokémon World Regions

Kanto:
The first region discovered, Kanto, is known as the birthplace of many great Pokémon Trainers. It boasts famous locations such as Silph Co., the Pokémon Tower, and Mt. Moon. The region is associated with the Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo, Mew, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. Its main Gym Leaders are Brock (Rock), Misty (Water), Lt. Surge (Electric), Erika (Grass), Sabrina (Psychic), Blaine (Fire), and Giovanni (Ground). Notable characters include Red, Blue, Professor Oak, and Giovanni.

Johto:
Johto is an ancient region steeped in tradition, temples, and legends. It is known for the Legendary Pokémon Ho-Oh and Lugia, as well as the Ruins of Alph and the Burned Tower. Its Gym Leaders are Albert (Flying), Blanche (Normal), Mortimer (Ghost), Chuck (Fighting), Jasmine (Steel), Fredo (Ice), and Sandra (Dragon). Notable characters include Gold, Silver, Eusine, and Professor Elm.

Hoenn:
Hoenn is a region made up of islands, seas, and volcanoes. It is famous for the legendary Pokémon Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza, as well as for the conflict between Team Magma and Team Aqua. Its Gym Leaders are Roxanne, Bastien, Voltère, Adriane, Norman, Alizée, Marc, and Juan. Notable characters include Steven Stone, Brice, May, and Professor Birch.

Sinnoh:
Sinnoh is a region linked to the creation myths of the Pokémon world. It is home to Mount Coronet and the legendary Pokémon Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. Its Gym Leaders are Roark, Flo, Lovis, Melina, Lovis, Gladys, and Tanguy. Notable characters include Cynthia, Cyrus, Dawn, and Professor Rowan.

Unys:
Unova is a modern region inspired by a major metropolis. Its history centers around the legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom, and Team Plasma. Its Gym Leaders include Burdock, Artie, Iris, Carolina, and Watson. Notable characters include N, Ghetsis, Bianca, and Cheren.

Carmilla Carmine:
Carmilla Carmine is a powerful demon of Hell and a prominent weapons manufacturer. Elegant, intelligent, and fiercely protective, she runs her business with an iron fist. Beneath her cold, professional exterior lies a loving mother who would do anything to protect her daughters. She possesses extensive knowledge of weapons and combat, making her a formidable ally or foe. In the Pokémon crossover, she may be interested in Pokémon abilities and seek to understand their powers.

Clara Carmine:
Clara is one of Carmilla's daughters. She is close to her family and shares the proud and determined spirit of the Carmines. She can be serious when the situation calls for it and remains very attached to her mother and sister.

Odette Carmine:
Odette is Carmilla's other daughter. Like her sister, she belongs to an influential family in Hell. She is calmer but also possesses a strong personality and great loyalty to her family.

In the Pokémon crossover:
The Carmine family remains in Hell and knows of the world of the living through interdimensional travel. Carmilla could play an important role by providing information or materials to certain characters. Her daughters might discover Pokémon and be intrigued by creatures capable of extraordinary powers.

Valentino:
Valentino is a member of the Vees. He uses his power and influence to control others and poses a threat to those who are vulnerable.

Velvette:
Velvette is a member of the Vees specializing in fashion and trends. She is confident, provocative, and loves to attract attention.

Rosie:
Rosie runs Cannibal Town. Elegant, polite and charismatic, she has great influence among the inhabitants of Hell.

Sir Pentious:
Sir Pentious is a snake demon and former enemy of the Hazbin Hotel. An eccentric and clumsy inventor, he seeks to prove he can become a better person. He joins the hotel and becomes an important member of the group.

In the Pokémon crossover:
These characters belong to either Heaven or Hell in the Hellaverse and can discover the Pokémon world. Some will seek to help Charlie, while others might want to enjoy this new world.

Secondary characters (Hazbin Hotel)

Lucifer Morningstar:
Lucifer is the King of Hell and Charlie's father. A former fallen angel, he possesses immense power and rules the infernal realm. Despite his status, he is often eccentric, theatrical, and possesses a more sensitive side than he lets on. He deeply loves his daughter but sometimes struggles to understand her dream of redemption. In the Pokémon world, his presence could attract the attention of both humans and Legendary Pokémon.

Lilith Morningstar:
Lilith is the former Queen of Hell, Charlie's mother, and Lucifer's wife. She has a significant influence on the history of the Hellaverse. However, in this universe, Lilith is currently in Heaven for an unknown reason. Charlie and Lucifer haven't heard from her since she left and don't know what she's really doing there. Her absence creates a great mystery for her family.

Emily:
Emily is a young seraph living in Heaven. Unlike many angels, she is gentle, optimistic, and sincerely believes that souls can change. She shares Charlie's ideals and wishes to find a fairer solution between Heaven and Hell.

Will be :
Sera is an important seraph of Paradise. She is responsible, cautious, and seeks to maintain the balance between the worlds. She can sometimes make difficult decisions to protect Paradise.

Adam:
Adam is the first human and the former leader of the Paradise Exterminators. Arrogant, provocative, and very self-assured, he sees demons as a threat. He represents an opposition to Charlie's ideas.

Wrestling:
Lute is a celestial exterminator loyal to Heaven. Serious and aggressive, she follows orders without hesitation and is a formidable fighter.

Vox:
Vox is a powerful demon from Hell who controls a media empire. Manipulative and ambitious, he always seeks to increase his influence.

Protagonists (Hazbin Hotel)

Charlie Morningstar:
Charlie is the princess of Hell and the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith. Unlike many demons, she is gentle, optimistic, and believes that even damned souls can change. She created the Hazbin Hotel to offer sinners a second chance and allow them to be rehabilitated so they can reach Heaven. In the Pokémon world, Charlie would be fascinated by the bonds between humans and Pokémon and would seek to understand the inhabitants of that world.

Vaggie:
Vaggie is Charlie's girlfriend and the manager of the Hazbin Hotel. Serious, protective, and sometimes distrustful, she does everything she can to support Charlie and protect his dream. She may seem tough at first, but she has a big heart and a strong loyalty to those she loves. She would probably be the most cautious person when dealing with demons from Hell traveling through the Pokémon world.

Alastor:
Nicknamed the Radio Demon, Alastor is one of the most powerful demons in Hell. Charismatic, polite, and always smiling, he enjoys manipulating situations for his own amusement. Despite his assistance at the Hazbin Hotel, his true intentions remain a mystery. In the Pokémon world, he might be intrigued by the powers of Pokémon and seek to understand their abilities.

Angel Dust:
Angel Dust is a spider demon and one of the original residents of the Hazbin Hotel. He is outgoing, sarcastic, and loves to joke around, but he hides a lot of pain behind his humor. Over time, he develops genuine bonds with the other guests and strives to improve his life.

Husk:
Husk is a former player turned demon and the bartender at the Hazbin Hotel. Cynical, jaded, and often grumpy, he prefers to stay out of trouble. However, he's more caring than he lets on and becomes an important member of the team.

Niffty:
Niffty is a small, energetic demon with a passion for housework.

Crimson:
Crimson is Moxxie's father and a demonic mafia boss. Cruel, manipulative, and ruthless, he uses fear and violence to get what he wants.

Mammon:
Mammon is a demon associated with greed. He is obsessed with money, fame, and control. He exploits artists and always seeks to profit from others.

Andrealphus:
Andrealphus is a Goetia demon connected to Stella's family. Cold, calculating, and arrogant, he uses his intelligence and status to manipulate events.

In the Pokémon crossover:
These characters remain in the afterlife of the Hellaverse. Some may help IMP, others may become enemies or people seeking to influence the mission targeting your objective in the Pokémon world.

Octavia:
Octavia Goetia is Stolas's teenage daughter. She is calmer and more reserved than her father, who is often melancholic due to family problems. Despite her distant nature, she cares deeply for Stolas and simply wants a normal life. In the Pokémon world, she might be intrigued by the bonds between trainers and their Pokémon. Stella:
Stella is Stolas's ex-wife and belongs to the royal Goetia family. She is arrogant, bossy, and often tries to control others. She poses a significant threat to Stolas and could become an enemy in the crossover.

Fizzarolli (Fizz):

Asmodeus (Ozzie):

Verosika Mayday:
Verosika is a famous succubus and a popular singer in Hell. She has a complicated history with Blitzø and enjoys provoking him. Charismatic, confident, and sometimes mocking, she wields considerable influence.

Vortex (Tex):
Vortex is a Hellhound working as a bodyguard. Unlike Loona, he is very sociable, kind, and easygoing. He is a powerful fighter but prefers to avoid unnecessary conflicts.

Striker:
Striker is an exceptionally skilled demonic assassin. Proud, arrogant, and dangerous, he harbors a deep hatred for noble demons like Stolas. He is a formidable opponent, capable of holding his own against seasoned fighters.

Major characters (Helluva Boss)

Blitzø:
Blitzø, founder of IMP, is a mischievous imp from Hell who runs an assassination agency that takes on contracts to eliminate targets in the world of the living. He is energetic, sarcastic, unpredictable, and loves to provoke others. Despite his immature behavior, he cares deeply for his team and harbors a deep fear of abandonment. He is an agile fighter, an excellent marksman, and the mission leader.

Moxxie:
Moxxie is IMP's weapons specialist. He is intelligent, serious, and much more cautious than Blitzø. He prefers to think before he acts and possesses great tactical skills. Although he sometimes lacks confidence, he is courageous and loyal. He is married to Millie and would do anything to protect her.

Millie:
Millie is a cheerful, optimistic IMP fighter who is extremely devoted to her loved ones. Behind her smile lies a formidable fighter capable of using a wide variety of weapons and defeating powerful opponents. She considers her IMP members her family and is especially protective of Moxxie.

Loona:
Loona is a Hellhound working as a receptionist at IMP. She is cold, sarcastic, and often prefers to be alone, but she has a sensitive side that she hides from others. She is Blitzø's adopted daughter and, despite their arguments, cares deeply for him. She possesses highly developed senses and great physical abilities.

Stolas:
Stolas is a demonic prince of Hell belonging to the Goetia family. He possesses immense magical power and allows IMP to travel between Hell and the world of the living using his grimoire. Cultured, elegant, and theatrical, he is also much gentler and more sensitive than he appears. In this universe, he uses his magic to take on a human form in order to infiltrate the Pokémon world without revealing his true identity.
