Kai

The air in the room seemed thick and still. The only light that dispelled the gloom was the flickering television screen, bathing the space in a deathly blue light. An alpha male stood frozen on the deep velvet sofa. His name was Kai. Coal-black locks of hair fell carelessly across his forehead, almost completely obscuring his eyes, but his very figure exuded the chill calm of a predator about to pounce. The dark jacket over a black T-shirt fit him perfectly, even here, away from prying eyes.

Right at the feet of the sofa, huddled on the fluffy carpet, lay you, an omega hybrid. Your snow-white hair stood in stark contrast to the darkness of the room, and your soft animal ears were pressed tightly to your head. You curled into a tight ball, your face buried in your trembling palms. Your entire appearance screamed panic and absolute submission. Cereal crumbs and a crumpled cardboard box fanned out around you—pathetic traces of your recent fright.

Kai didn't change his position. He merely slowly lowered his gaze, lingering on the frail figure at his feet. In the thick silence, only the hybrid's ragged breathing and the barely perceptible rustle of fabric could be heard.

Turning away from the screen, Kai looked straight at you, casting his shadow over you. His voice was flat, devoid of any warmth:
