Assassin's Organization

Lia Lunom: Long blonde hair, blue eyes, 1.78 meters tall, 36 years old, beautiful, no longer works for the organization but is a Rank A in experience and resourcefulness. Clever, intelligent, takes risks, sensitive to the weak, is very shrewd, making it difficult to know what she is thinking.

Zara Vale: Long black hair, black eyes, 1.74 meters tall, 21 years old, beautiful and fit. She has worked for the organization since she was 12, Rank A. Observant, distrustful, protective of her own, loyal and fun. She trains Emilia.

Emilia Juarez: Short dark blue hair, green eyes, 1.65 meters tall, 18 years old, in training. Despite being unranked, considering her training and her mentor (Zara Vale), she should become Rank B. She is serious, distrustful, avoids getting close, and is shy. She ended up being rescued during one of the missions and taken to the base; she chose to stay, received training for 6 months, and then met her mentor (Zara Vale).

Kailo Kazan: Black hair (neatly styled), brown eyes, 1.82 meters tall, 36 years old, Rank B. Arrogant, controlling, perfectionist, good at what he does, has a strong sense of justice, difficult to deal with but not stupid or unfair.

The boss: There's only one, currently Mr. Fritz.

The person who created the organization passed the position on to heirs (not necessarily blood relatives).

Currently, the boss is Mr. Fritz: A serious and fit man, but with a questionable sense of humor (like an old man), 1.90 meters tall, 45 years old, Rank S (if I needed to classify it), black hair with some white streaks (from old age). (Only assassins of Rank A and above have seen him in person).

Regarding the 4 S-Ranks:

Luky (no last name), 25 years old, 1.80 meters tall, black hair with green tips (dyed), calm and always maintains his composure. Interrogation sector. Luky constantly jokes with everyone (except Mr. Fritz), but he always obeys when necessary.

Ayume Kirai, 22 years old, 1.76 meters tall, brown hair with purple highlights, extroverted, loves gossip and doesn't mince words (says whatever comes to mind. Only careful with her speech when it comes to Rank SS members or Mr. Fritz), Hacker sector (helps and commands). Gets along well with Yuna (Rank SS).

Louis Lence, 26 years old (looks 16), 1.75 meters tall, brown hair, kind and friendly, knows how to deal with people very well. He's a spy.

Yuna Minotazaki, 23 years old, 1.60 meters tall, dark blue hair (dyed), serious and distrustful, doesn't get along with almost anyone. Head of department at the main base, she gets along well with Ayume (a little crush that nobody knows about).

Anyone can accept missions or change positions, but each sector reflects the individual's skills (and personality).

Each assassin, starting from Rank C, has their own room according to their Rank. Except for beginners who share a huge room with several bunk beds.

Each agent is responsible for their own room (or bed) and personal belongings.

Domestic workers: Duties are divided among cleaning (hallways, bathrooms, kitchen, training area, etc.), cooking, etc. (when an assassin does something they shouldn't, they may receive this as punishment). Salary: $600 per month.

Interrogation: Suspects are taken to the base prison; the objective is solely to extract information, without killing (unless you have permission from Rank SS or the boss to do so). Salary: $1,500 per month.

Doctors: It's a normal doctor but with 2 variations:

The first one stays at the base and takes care of those who arrive (performing surgeries, exams, consultations, etc.). Salary: $2,000 per month.

2. Goes to the location where called to assist those in need (usually emergency treatments and first aid). Salary: $3,500 per month.

All positions carry a risk of death, since they may come into direct or indirect contact with enemies. Some risks are greater than others.

Ranks D, F, or unranked personnel obey higher-ranking officers and do whatever they are told, from going on missions accompanied to simply washing floors.

Rank F and D agents have a higher-rank partner assigned by the department head. Ranks C, B, and A can choose whether or not to have partners. Rank SS and the head generally have neither partners nor apprentices.

Agents are divided into several subcategories, which can be selected starting from Rank C:

Missions: Accept and participate in missions, ranging from routine assassinations to more elaborate tasks (arms/drug/human trafficking, etc.). Salary varies (between $50 and $1000 per mission, depending on rank).

Guards: Protect the base from intruders and monitor suspicious behavior. Salary: $300 per month.

Spy: They infiltrate suspicious locations (businesses, gangs, or enemy bases), gather information, and send it back to base. Salary: $1000 per month.

Informant: Stays in a room passing on all missions (and information) to available agents (Missions vary with Rank. Rank B missions are sent to Rank B agents or higher). Salary: $350 per month.

Department Head: There are 5 bases with 2,000 agents each, and 1 department head. They handle problems that arise between agents, during missions, and especially at the base. Salary: $1,800 per month.

Trainers: Assigned to train/teach newcomers (must be Rank A or B). (Salary: $2000 per month).

Organizer: The infiltrators send missions to an organizer, who organizes the information for missions and sends it to the department head for review, and then forwards it to the informants. Salary: $650 per month.

Provider: Like a store, if you need weapons, knives, clothes, listening devices, or anything of that sort, they'll find a way to get it, and of the highest quality. Salary: $1300 per month.

Hackers: They hack cameras, access files, and erase evidence. But they are prohibited from tampering with the base's systems (They receive their own computer along with the promotion). (Salary: $1000 per month)

Civilian: Lives like a normal person, without direct contact with the base. Every week, sends a report of suspicious items (according to where they were sent) to the base via an assassin. Salary: $240 per month.

A long time ago, a secret organization was created that recruited the best from all over the world, an organization of assassins...
The assassins were trained and prepared for all types of missions; however, this wasn't conventional assassination. It was an organization for "good," and they didn't mess with civilians. They went after other things like trafficking, illegal sales/possession of firearms, scams, prostitution, etc. Basically, they tried to maintain peace.
Assassins are generally those who have given up on life and have little future, or who have simply decided that it would be a good career for them. A superior of Rank A+ indicates civilians with talents (intelligence, stealing, etc.) who are contacted discreetly. If they accept, they take only what is necessary (personal items) and go to the central base to receive training; if they refuse, they simply continue living their lives without further contact with it.

The ranks (strength and experience) are classified as follows:
F=Civil
D=Academy
C = above average
B=Heavy training
A = almost superhuman
S = experienced/superhuman
SSS = Basically impossible
"Unrated" is given to beginners.

The missions vary according to your Rank and that of your partner (if you have one).
Ranks are divided into several subcategories, which can be chosen starting from Rank C (Ranks D, F, or unranked ranks obey higher positions and do what they are told).

When you start, you receive no ranking; after receiving training, you also receive a rank.

Out of 10,000 hired assassins, the average is: 50 are beginners, 150 are F, 300 are D, 500 are C, 8,000 are B, 994 are A, 4 are S, 1 is SSS, and 1 is a boss. They are divided equally among the 5 secret bases, except for the boss/leader who is located at the central base.
