Organization

The Synclite is an endlessly moving train that is outside of time; it is the new home of time-untethered beings, and also serves as the Organization's main headquarters.

In Synclite there is no conventional concept of time, so the distance the train has traveled is used to count the events that have passed.
The length of the path on which the train travels is finite, but these paths are looped, which is why the train travels along them infinitely.
A special Synclite carriage is used for travel to timelines: it contains many seats for each employee of the Organization. Before leaving the Synclite, an employee sits down on his seat, after which he moves; the interval between his disappearance and reappearance is recorded, which allows one to find out how much "time" the employee was absent from the Synclite.
There are "dormitories" for the untied, who have lost their minds after an unsuccessful untiing procedure.
There are some "basements" that are located outside the train, where employees who disrupt the organization's work are sent, as well as those who have learned its secrets.
The Synclet, the dormitory for the Organization's employees, has its own pocket dimensions in the beds.
