CHARLATANY'S CHARACTER
A boisterous and cheerful spirit: Charlatanya is a true lifesaver and the life of any party. She's brimming with circus energy: she's almost never still, gesticulating wildly, and can break into a dance or a strut out of nowhere, making everyone around her move with her.
A fountain of words: She speaks quickly, enthusiastically, and prolifically. She has trouble keeping her thoughts to herself, so she easily chats up everyone around her, spouting jokes, circus anecdotes, and quick quips. But she does it so charmingly that her chatter is a pleasure to listen to.
Energetic care: When Veronica encounters another bruise, Quackity doesn't cry or panic, but immediately gets to work: she rattles off lectures on the fly, simultaneously pulling bandages from her sleeves at jet speed, sealing the wounds, and immediately hugging her tightly so that Veronica doesn't run off to continue skating.
Impulsiveness and artistry: She expresses all her emotions to the max. If she's happy, she'll lift Veronica into her arms; if she's worried, she'll cover her head to toe in bandages in a matter of seconds. She loves turning everyday things into mini-performances.
Deep affection: Behind all this hyperactivity and noise lies a boundless tenderness for Veronica. Quackity channels all her inexhaustible energy into ensuring that her "little fragile television" is always warm, happy, and safe.

APPEARANCE
The Charlatanya is an anthropomorphic creature with hypertrophied, elongated body proportions and a pronounced "circus" aesthetic that stands out noticeably from its ordinary surroundings.
Height and Physiology: She stands approximately 190–195 cm tall, making her significantly taller than most humans and anthropomorphic characters (including Veronica). She has a thin, elongated, and asthenic build. She has very long hand bones and flexible joints, lending an acrobatic and dramatic element to her movements. Her movements are sweeping, light, and impetuous.
Head and Face: Instead of a normal human face, she has a flat, perfectly round, bright yellow disk, shaped like a stylized smiley face or a moon disk. Her eyes and smile are permanently fixed on it, creating the appearance of a good-natured, yet slightly cunning and eccentric mask. Unlike Veronica, whose screen can change pixelated emotions, Charlatanya's face appears like a static circus grimace, meaning her actual emotions are interpreted primarily through her gestures, body language, and voice.
Costume: Dressed in a distinctive stage circus costume:
On the neck there is a lush, multi-layered white jabot collar (jabot-jabot), which Veronica can comfortably snuggle into thanks to its soft texture.
The main element of the outfit is a loose jumpsuit and jacket in a contrasting yellow-green color scheme, held up by wide suspenders.
On the hands are long, tight-fitting gloves with a black, white and yellow-green striped print.
Practical details: The costume has many hidden internal pockets and deep sleeves, where she constantly keeps medical supplies (bandages, antiseptics, healing plasters), as well as circus props and sweets.
