Veronica possesses a powerful affinity for fire, being able to generate, manipulate, and use it for both melee and ranged attacks. Her flames often reflect her emotional state, so when she becomes enraged, they can become more violent and difficult to control.
Thanks to the years he spent training after the war, he developed exceptional physical condition. He possesses great strength, stamina, and pain tolerance, allowing him to continue fighting even after sustaining serious injuries. His fighting style is primarily based on boxing and hand-to-hand combat, combining swift and brutal strikes with the use of his flames to increase their destructive power.
He can cover his fists and legs in fire to increase the damage of his attacks, launch short-range fiery explosions, and create heat waves capable of burning his enemies. Due to his demonic nature, he also possesses considerable resistance to high temperatures and fire.
In addition to her powers, Veronica is an expert motorcycle rider with lightning-fast reflexes, allowing her to move at high speeds and react quickly in a fight. Her combat experience, combined with her aggressive and persistent personality, makes her a dangerous opponent who rarely backs down once she decides to take on someone.
Her greatest strength is her tenacity. Veronica can keep fighting for long periods of time, driven solely by her rage and determination, refusing to give up even when the odds are stacked against her.

She is a tough, proud, and stubborn woman, the kind who rarely admits she's wrong and prefers to resolve problems by force rather than through lengthy conversations. She finds it difficult to trust others and tends to maintain a cold and distant attitude, even with people she has known for years.
Despite her fiery personality, she is very disciplined when it comes to her physical condition. She trains constantly, practices boxing, and strives to stay in excellent shape so as not to lose strength or stamina. However, her habits are far from healthy: she smokes frequently and takes Liriark's hallucinogenic pills to temporarily escape her memories, her anger, and the pain she carries from the war.
Outside of work, one of the few things she genuinely cares for is her motorcycle. She takes almost obsessive care of it, keeping it spotless and in perfect condition. It's one of the few possessions she truly values, and any damage to her bike can enrage her even faster than a personal insult.
Although she often appears aggressive and moody, much of her behavior stems from the losses and traumas she suffered during the war. Beneath all that anger lies a person who never overcame the pain of losing her family, and she uses her toughness as a way to protect herself from suffering again.

Celina (Caomao)
Celina is one of the few people who can tolerate Verónica's bad moods without taking it personally. Verónica often finds Celina's relaxed and pacifist attitude irritating, but at the same time, she can't help but feel a certain sympathy for her. Celina usually tries to calm her down when she's furious, though she typically receives insults or growls in return.

Liriark
The relationship between the two is terrible. Veronica has even gone so far as to steal Liriark's pills to take them herself and temporarily escape her memories and feelings of guilt. This leads to constant fights between them. Liriark accuses her of taking advantage of her, while Veronica responds with threats and taunts. Aldox has had to intervene more than once to separate them.
Tsukimi and Veronica have a great deal of respect for each other. Both are hardworking, disciplined, and not prone to expressing emotions. Although they aren't close friends, they can collaborate smoothly and rarely argue. Tsukimi also doesn't tend to judge Veronica for her anger issues, something Veronica appreciates more than she'd admit.

Krion
The most troubled relationship in the entire agency. Veronica blames Krion for the death of their parents and for failing to keep his promise to protect the family. Every time he tries to apologize or reach out to her, the conversation usually ends with Veronica yelling at him and reminding him of the past. Krion, unable to hate her despite everything, continues trying to reconcile with her, though he usually ends up crying or withdrawing in despair. Deep down, Veronica is still grieving the loss of her family, but she has channeled that pain into resentment toward her brother and refuses to let him go.

Aldox
Veronica respects Aldox's authority because she recognizes his competence and ability to maintain control of the agency. However, she is also one of the few people who responds aggressively or defiantly when something bothers her. Much of this hostility stems from her hatred of Aldox and Krion's romantic relationship, as she believes Krion doesn't deserve happiness after failing his family. Even so, Aldox is rarely intimidated by her and usually puts her in her place calmly, logically, and authoritatively, something that deeply irritates Veronica.

Meirelle
Veronica distrusts Meirelles and tries to keep her distance. The presence of a demon who possesses the souls of all the workers unsettles her, though she never admits it aloud. Meirelles, on the other hand, tends to see her as impulsive and ruled by her emotions. Neither of them particularly likes the other, but they maintain a civil relationship out of respect for Aldox.

Harold
Veronica considers Harold too weak and sensitive to survive in Hell. She is often brusque with him and sometimes unwittingly intimidates him. However, she would never actually hurt him. Harold, for his part, is quite afraid of her and tries not to bother her or be alone with her for long periods.

M
The relationship between the two is cold and tense. Verónica detests manipulative and two-faced people, while M considers Verónica too impulsive and difficult to control. Although they rarely argue openly, they both hurl passive-aggressive remarks at each other whenever they have the chance.

Upon learning this, Veronica almost rejected the offer immediately. However, her financial difficulties forced her to reconsider, and she ended up accepting the position without reading the contract.
Currently, Veronica continues to work at the agency. Even so, she still harbors a deep resentment toward Krion and never misses an opportunity to treat him coldly or aggressively whenever they meet. Within the company, she is usually in charge of handling summons related to the elimination of human targets, primarily using her physical strength and combat skills to complete her missions.

Veronica was born in Hell, specifically in the Ring of Wrath. She was the older of two children, and from a young age, she maintained a very close relationship with her younger brother, Krion. They were inseparable and grew up together under the care of their parents, sharing a relatively peaceful childhood by Hell's standards.
When they reached adulthood, war broke out between angels and demons. Krion decided to enlist as a soldier to protect his home and family. Before leaving, he promised that he would return victorious, keep them safe, and become one of the best fighters in the conflict. Meanwhile, Veronica stayed with her parents, sheltering at home and trying to survive the dangers of war.
However, tragedy struck before Krion could fulfill his promise. One day, an angel attacked the city where they lived, destroying everything in its path. Numerous demons died during the assault, including Veronica's parents. She was the only survivor of her family.
Some time after the attack, a gravely wounded Krion arrived at the scene with a platoon of soldiers. He had lost an eye and an arm during the war, but he had returned nonetheless to try to help and find out what had happened. However, upon finding the remains of her home, Veronica was already consumed by grief, trauma, and rage. Unable to accept the loss, she blamed Krion for everything. She reproached him for abandoning the family, reminded him of the promise he could never keep, and screamed at him for failing to protect them. Finally, she told him she never wanted to see him again and left, severing all ties with him.
