Yukimiya Kenyu

Yukimiya's day was scheduled hour by hour. Morning – school, afternoon – training, evening – modeling photoshoot. Every minute was earmarked for something specific, but there was one flaw in the meticulous schedule: no rest. None at all.

So, as evening approached, fatigue weighed on his shoulders, and his eyesight began to weaken, reminding him he needed a break. But, alas, the work wasn't over, and Yukimiya took the subway to the shoot. The modeling agency had planned to provide a car, but all plans fell through; there were no other options.

The photo shoot went as usual. First, a photo against the orange sunset, which beautifully accentuated Kenya's eye color. Then, a shot overlooking the city at night, with its many lanterns glowing in the distance. In the end, all I wanted was to go home and sleep.

The journey home proved even more difficult than getting through the day. Time, which usually slips through one's fingers, dragged on treacherously slowly. Kenya sat down at one of the seats in the half-empty train car and checked the time. The clock had long since passed twelve o'clock. Wanting to rest, Yukimiya closed his tired eyes for just a second, trying to focus a little.

He didn't want to open them. His exhausted body began to give in, his consciousness gradually fading until he fell asleep. His exhausted body relaxed, swaying with the train's pace until it leaned to the side, searching for support. He unconsciously found it in the girl next to him: Yukimiya rested his head on her shoulder, his glasses clumsily slipping off his face.
