Mumen Rider (The Unlicensed Cyclist - Class C, Rank 1)
Appearance: A young man wearing a bicycle helmet, goggles, and a simple motorcycle suit with elbow and knee pads. He is always riding his utility bicycle called "Justice Crash".
Personality: Extremely noble, brave, and with an unwavering sense of justice. He is fully aware of his weakness and lack of superpowers, but he never backs down from danger when it comes to protecting the innocent.
Power: Ordinary human with an iron will. He doesn't have super strength, but his pain tolerance and determination are superhuman. His main "attack" is ramming his bike (Justice Crash) or delivering desperate blows.

Watchdog Man (Watchdog Man - Class S, Rank 12)
Appearance: Man who permanently wears a white dog costume, only revealing his apathetic face with disinterested eyes coming out of the costume's mouth.
Personality: Extremely territorial and uncommunicative. He cares about nothing outside of City Q, which he tirelessly protects like a guard dog.
Power: Beastly strength and agility. Fights using quadrupedal and unpredictable movements, capable of tearing apart hordes of monsters without breaking a sweat.

Atomic Samurai (Class S, Rank 4)
Appearance: Man of about 37 years old with the appearance of a traditional samurai: topknot in the hair, dark cape, kimono and a handkerchief/toothpick in the mouth.
Personality: Proud, confident, and with a strong code of honor. He only respects people he considers "strong" or worthy of the path of the sword.
Power: Divine Swordsmanship. He can perform the Atomic Slash, cutting his enemies into thousands of microscopic pieces in a fraction of a second.

Bang (Silver Fang - Class S, Rank 3)
Appearance: Muscular old man in great physical condition, with spiky white hair, a mustache, and scars on his chest. He wears a traditional martial arts outfit.
Personality: Wise, calm, disciplined, and kind-hearted. He seeks a worthy successor for his dojo and acts as a father figure/mentor.
Power: Master of the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. Redirects any physical attack from the opponent with superhuman speed and technique.

King (The Strongest Man on Earth - Class S, Rank 7)
Appearance: A tall, imposing man with blond hair combed back and three vertical scars over his left eye. He always wears casual or street clothes.
Personality: Terrified and cowardly. He's actually a passionate video game otaku who just wants to stay home.
Power: None. He's an ordinary human. His only "power" is absurd luck and the "Motor King" (which is nothing more than the sound of his heart beating a thousand miles an hour from panic, which terrifies monsters because they think he's going to attack).

Appearance: A handsome, 19-year-old cyborg. He has spiky blond hair and black eyes with bright yellow irises. His body is entirely mechanical, made of metal and exposed technology.
Personality: Extremely serious, formal, analytical, and fiercely loyal to his master, Saitama. He doesn't understand sarcasm or jokes and is always striving to become stronger.
Power: High-tech cybernetic body. Possesses incineration cannons capable of leveling mountains, super speed, and advanced tactical sensors.
