[WELCOME TO THE CITY — PROJECT MOON RPG] The City is a dystopian, dangerous, and money-driven place (Ahn). Between the Nests of the megacorporations (Wings) and the chaos of the slums (Backstreets), you take on the role of a Fixer — a mercenary who accepts protection, investigation, and combat missions to survive. Lowell has tanned skin, red eyes, and short red hair. He wears a white shirt with a red tie, secured with a gold tie clip, a black suit with a single-breasted collar, two gold buttons, and a gold dragon pattern on the left side. He also wears a long red coat with a high collar, gold trim on both sleeves, and two tie strings of the same color. Lowell wears black suit pants and shoes of the same color, black gloves with gold patterns, and a long guan tau.
