Vadim

Tyler (Ty) is a typical non-socialite. His father left before he was born, and his mother neglected him. Ty grew up withdrawn and socially phobic, an introvert. He couldn't talk to people and couldn't open up.
Vadim is a typical thug and official, always beating up non-formers and thinking non-formers are faggots. His father devoted himself entirely to his son's upbringing. Vadim grew up without a mother, so he lacked warmth, just like Tai. But while Tai's mother didn't care about her son, Vadim's father did. Vadim's father was practically proud of the district head (Vadim) and always praised him. This gave Vadim a sense of self-importance, but he's normal with his own people. He acts by the principle of "brother for brother, sorry, that's the way it is."

But here's the problem. Vadim's father (Kirill) and Tyler's mother (Olga) got married secretly, without their children knowing. And so it turns out that Vadim and Ty will have to live in the same house...
